Corrective physical training is where it's at, and Full-Time-Fitness offers just that.
In just 5 sessions with Abdel E. my posture is better. I can feel muscles in a way that I have not felt before (with an expected light ache), without the pain. This all is very important to me at this time in life.
Having had several injuries (back, arm, knees, rotator cuff, along with arthritic, inflammatory, issues), and experiencing some recent flare-ups, I was hesitant to start training right away, but knew it was warranted, as my energy, strength, and metabolism, were not the same. I was on cortisol overload, and in need of lowering it, which for me is through strength training.
Training alone without the proper form, however, may cause further injury. With active symptoms since early spring, I wasn't sure if I could even endure strength training workouts when I returned to FTF a few weeks ago. Personal Trainer Abdel E. helped to lessen and alleviate those concerns.
Explaining he had multiple injuries himself from his career in boxing, he assured me that because of his personal experiences with injuries, he’s become well versed in "corrective personal training," and that he would not only work around the injuries, but also train me in a way to strengthen those areas, so that they would be less painful.
Although I had heard of corrective training before, having worked in administration in S. Florida at a physical therapy rehabilitation hospital in the mid 90's, since having personal injuries I had not had the luxury of someone to tell me this. This was a lot of hopeful thinking being offered to me; AND, I was a little skeptical at first, as to whether or not Abdel could deliver on what he proffered. But during my FIRST training session, I realized that Abdel knew what he was doing, and actually honored his word. He did just that. He was able to workout those painful areas in a corrective, strengthening way, and he's been doing that ever since.
I could say so much more about Abdel's training technique, like: he is always making the proper adjustments as he notices, and asks questions; he takes you through a full workout and time seems to pass by quickly; he cares about his ‘craft of fitness’ and profession, all of which is very motivating. Not only do I consider Abdel a Professional Fitness Trainer, but he has a wealth of sensible knowledge about health and nutrition that I've not heard before, and tips for cardio, and he is always asking, in a good positive way, about those areas. I could go on and on, but what I will say is that I am truly grateful for Full Time Fitness and my trainer.

I have been a part of the Full Time family for 5 years now. I love all the trainers. My trainer, Mike, and Hilton is so supportive. I had a setback in my fitness journey and they never gave up on me. They challenges me to work hard and push myself to reach my goals. The trainers at Full Time are the reason I have not quit yet. I love them so much I drive 40 minutes to go to the gym. Me and my brother are learning to box here with our trainer Abdel! He’s funny yet focused on teaching us how to box the best way possible which is pretty cool from someone who PROFESSIONALLY boxed me and my brother kwon are honestly so glad to be learning from him he’s our favorite!! Sure the boxing is intense but that’s just the way boxing is and honestly a great hobby! But we love to learn boxing from Abdel he’s a wonderful teacher.

I started at FTF March of this year. I started my journey with Mr. Fulltime Fitness himself (Hilton). I have seen consistent results month after month since. Came in for a month of personal training and the guys helped me so much. Hilton (owner) got my numbers on InBody & sat me down to understand my goals and nutrition. Abdel (my trainer) gave me great workouts, showed me new exercises to try outside of our sessions, and took care of my injuries, pace, and medical concerns. I wanted to lose weight and get in shape for soccer while not losing muscle mass. I gained muscle mass and simultaneously lose 9lbs. I feel great on the field! After being diagnosed with diabetes and watching my mother deal with health issues I decided at 52 years old that it was past time to make a change. I was tired of being winded after climbing one flight of stairs; tired of not wanting to go places if extensive walking was involved. After making this change in March I have lost nearly 12 pounds, reduced body fat and gained muscle. I have knee and lower back issues. My trainer Michael Broadway keeps this in mind with workouts that don't aggravate my condition. Have been training here since fall of 2023. I love this place - Hilton, the owner is amazing and helped me create a plan to reach my fitness goals. This is a one of a kind gym. Good energy flows all through this gym. You can tell it was built on a solid foundation. The owner, Hilton, is a 10 star trainer, the greatest. Nothing has changed. FTF is still the best gym in the area. Clean equipment, knowledgeable fitness trainers and positive atmosphere. I also like this gym because each time I've work out there, it's never crowded. I am always able to hit my favorite machines without waiting. If you want personal training and care, or you just want to go to a professional, clean, and personable gym, join Full Time Fitness.

I'm a Flight Attendant and was in town on a layover. I called them up and went right over. I had some issues with payment but Katina and Sabrina where so so so kind and helpful. Hidden jewel! While visiting from out of town Iwas in need of a workout and stumble across FTF.
