I recommend Ganesha’s yoga teacher training! I came in as a less qualified teacher and left with the knowledge, experience and confidence to lead any class. I currently teach at a YMCA and this training will allow me to teach at private studios where I can get more in-depth with students. I can now teach them that yoga is about more than just practice on your mat. Thank you Ganeshas’s!

WOW. I am beyond impressed at this total yoga paradise and it’s husband and wife owners, yogi Gene and Lauren, who are both truly amazing, inspirational, compassionate, and so warm and welcoming. I chose this place because I needed a fast paced teacher training course and this was the very best option that I found for my area. What a beautiful hidden gem tucked away so serenely in Kernersville, NC!!! I am so thankful to yogi Gene and Lauren for seriously teaching more than I ever thought I could learn!!!! It was far beyond yoga. The teacher training course and yogi Gene and Lauren have just completely helped me work through a lot of inner work I didn’t even realize I had going on and I am so beyond thankful to them for offering their kindness and assistance and such a beyond beautiful place to learn and heal!!! Whether you are looking to be a teacher of yoga or have some healing to do, and are open to holistic options, or not, I highly recommend this magical blessing of a yoga paradise.

I am in day 4 of my 200hr yoga teacher training here at Ganesha's Kernersville location, I cannot even put into words how kind Yogi Gene and Lauren have been. In just 4 short days I feel like they have become family. I have learned so much and look forward to the rest of the training. Definitely check this place out if you are interested in yoga or love practicing❤
