We love Mrs. Stephanie. My daughter trusted her and felt comfortable with her even though she’s pretty shy. We tried other dance studios but didn’t feel like we fit in anywhere but Glamorous was different. So welcoming and never made any kid feel less than. My daughter grew tired of dance but we spent 3 years here and would go back if she ever wanted to.

Great studio with lots of opportunities to compete at some of the better competitions. The teachers are great! And really give every kid quality time, whether it's in a private session or in the group classes

I do not recommend anyone to attend this dance studio if you are a person of color as my daughter is! I’m not one to just throw out the race card but in this situation that’s all it could be! My daughter danced at this studio for about 8 months and being our first time being involved in dance we were not well informed on procedures and flow from day 1! Communication of dates and times were terrible! Emails were supposedly sent that coincidently I never received but everyone else did! Promotions for competition fee discounts were offered I never received that information until it was to late! During this covid 19 pandemic classes were being held virtually I never received a schedule for those dates or times! Several times I had to reach out to another parent to get information I needed because the owner did not communicate with me! My child was the only black child in her class also the only one not informed on events and schedules, the only one left out.... what else could it be besides being the only black child? This needs to stop! Are black kids not suppose to be able to join a predominantly white studio, which in Lincolnton is really all that exists ? My daughter loved dance and she should be able to participate in what she enjoys without being left out because of the color of her skin!!

Until the owner is being fair to all participants then this low quality dance studio will have a one star. All children should be treated fairly. No parents should not have to reach out to other parents for anything pertaining to meetings competitions class etc because the owner wants to vividly keep a child, who is different from all the others, out the mix.
