Gbolahan at Go Time Fitness has been the answer to my fitness needs. After deciding to start retirement, I first required someone to truly assess my abilities before I could move forward with a fitness regimen. Gbolahan understands how functionality must come first, then movement and fitness can occur. After meeting with him for a dozen sessions, I decided to renew again. Took a free assessment session recently with Gbolahan and it was a fantastic experience. We went through several exercises to find my baseline and get an understanding of where work was needed. The entire time Gbolahan explained why we were doing the exercises we were and what that meant for a plan moving forward. I’ve worked with trainers before but it tends to be a plan thrown at you without context and understand of why we will do what we’re doing. This was an awesome change of pace that also allowed me to feel more like a partner than just a client. I’m looking forward to starting my package and getting in shape!

I can’t recommend Gbolahan enough! He’s by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. What I appreciate most is that he never makes me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and he always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. His knowledge of form is next-level; you really can’t fool him—he will call you out and keep you accountable in the most genuine, motivating way possible.

I have been training with Gbolahan for several years. He is super to work with and tailored a program that would work for me especially while I cared for my husband with Alzheimer's. He also worked with my husband for as long as my husband could follow directions. During this unique time I needed to keep my strength and energy.
