🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I started working with Mandy about a couple of months ago. I have a prior knee and shoulder injury. She has been great to motivate me to workout, and she has tailored exercise moves for me. I can tell a huge improvement with my mobility, strength, and flexibility. My knee and shoulder pain have immensely improved.
Mandy has impressed me with her vast knowledge of the body and how to adapt for my limitations. I receive weekly workouts that have videos linked, and I meet with her twice a week. The amount of work she puts into this shows her love of what she does. I highly recommend her and wish I had found her sooner.
