Andrea has this rare ability to push you in a way that feels motivating, never overwhelming. She explains everything in a way that actually makes sense and takes the time to make sure I feel confident in the movements. I’ve learned so much from her that I actually enjoy exercising now — something I never thought I would say in my life.

Trying a new gym can be a little intimidating. But what I found was a supportive and inviting environment. The people are super positive and encouraging. I’m not someone who naturally loves to exercise intensely, but Good Gaines Fitness and especially Andrea have completely change my approach to working out. I go five days a week consistently, and even on the days I have to push myself to get there, I never regret it. There’s a huge sense of community, and they make it fun. It makes it so much easier to make the decision to show up, even when I don't feel like it, and it really helps me stick with my routine. Andrea also meets you exactly where you are at-–on any given day. She really cares about our well being and fitness journey.

Since having my first child ten years ago, I’ve struggled to get into a consistent workout routine. I’ve tried a big gym, I’ve tried working out on my own, but my motivation starts to dwindle after a few weeks. When I started at Good Gaines four months ago, I was afraid that motivation wouldn’t last longer than a month and I was afraid of getting injured and losing momentum. It only took two weeks with Andrea to realize I had nothing to fear. Andrea’s workouts are accessible to people at all fitness levels, and she offers thoughtful modifications for each exercise to make it more or less challenging. The transparent pricing and easy signup on the app were a big plus in getting started too. Andrea truly cares about each client and makes sure you’re getting the most from each workout- she’s the best!
Update: I’m now 10 months in with Andrea and I still can’t say enough about her workouts, her heart, and the amazing community she’s built. My year took a challenging turn after I wrote my first review. Having the built in routine of attending Good Gaines has really saved my sanity, and the way Andrea and my classmates have rallied around me with encouragement, concern, and care- this place is something special ❤️ I love the variety Andrea brings to the workouts, while still making them accessible for everyone. She keeps things fresh and I’m always glad I made it to class. Give Good Gaines a try if you’re looking for a new way to strengthen your body and stay engaged.

I love Andrea and Good Gaines fitness! She is constantly challenging me to be the best version of myself both physically and mentally. I love the community she has built surrounded by people who don't mind doing a really tough workout with 100 burpees and then hang out to laugh and pretend to be ghosts together.

I had only one chance to try this place (wishing I come for more one day again). Andrea is good. Really. Very involved. Always coming up with challenges, groups, reminding, encouraging, educating. I have been going to Andrea for almost 2 years 🤯, which is mind blowing as I have never consistently worked out this much in my life. She understands everyone’s needs and pushes you enough to take you to the next level. The workouts make sense and she consistently wants to make sure you are in good form, which says a lot as I have had many friends who have gone to other gyms where they are getting injured doing workouts when they can do just as great of a workout without the crazy moves.
Not only has Andrea helped me physically but she has gotten to know me personally and encourages me every step of the way. I am so grateful to have found her and the days I don’t come to class I def feel “off”.

I can’t say enough good about Andrea and Good Gaines. I came to her as a personal training client, with a broken foot in a boot, having not done much more than walking for fitness for the last 35 years! She has been awesome. I am stronger than ever and feel so comfortable about my physical fitness. Everyday I notice some everyday thing that is easy because of working with Andrea! It is never too late to start working on your functional fitness!

Andrea is my favorite trainer! And I myself am a trainer so that says a lot because I’ve met TONS! I’ve been to many classes in my time / career and I can 100% say Good Gaines is my all time favorite! So much in fact that I zoom in whenever I’m traveling which is always. I HIGHLY recommend you run (don’t walk) to her class! Her classes are open to people of all fitness levels! So no matter what your limitation is, she’ll modify for you! (I know because I have rheumatoid arthritis lol)
