Iβve been consistently working out with SJ for over 7 years. Itβs the best part of my day! I feel so great after my workout as he challenges us to get stronger each and every day. I also love that there are many times offered throughout the day and class sizes are always small, giving SJ the opportunity to focus on each individual participant. Results come fast and he also encourages a healthy lifestyle beyond the gym workout. After every workout he always reminds us to continue stretching! I highly recommend SJ! He definitely understands the body of both females and males and understands whatever goal you may have and how to get you to accomplish that goal fast!

The best trainer around he tailors workouts to your specific goals and pushes you to achieve new milestones. His knowledge, focus on form, and injury prevention have been invaluable in my fitness journey.
