I started workouts out here in January this year. The workouts are challenging and fun. Rachel and her team put all the workouts together so all you have to do is show up and be ready to work. Rachel’s one of the most motivating fitness instructors I’ve met. Highly recommend GROW.

I’ve started personal training with Rachel with the goal of being healthy and to lose weight. 3 months on and I not only lose 5 pounds but with Rachel’s guidance I improved my diet and I feel healthier and stronger than ever. Rachel has been exceeding my expectations. She’s tailoring her workouts to my needs and she’s fun and motivating. I’d recommend Rachel to anyone to better their lifestyle.

Fit>50 is NOT easy, it’s effective! Love the focus on functional fitness with moves like the over the shoulder medicine ball toss and using the bosu ball to strengthen core while challenging my balance…sneaky:)

I visited here today for first time while in town… overall it is highly recommended. The class format was well constructed and easy to follow on a large board. The instructor was great — she asked at the outset of class if we had any limitations and she proactively shared how to modify routines throughout the session. Plus she toured around constantly to ensure everyone was doing things correctly. The studio was large and good size for the crowd of 15+ and it had ample amt of weights and gear for everyone. The price was reasonable and it was easy to enroll online. While I’m just visiting, I’ll definitely attend again when I’m in town and highly recommend it.

The Friday Fit over Fifty today was so much fun. the format was 6 stations with three different exercises at each. Repeat 2 times for 35 seconds each with a short rest between, and then move to the next station. When we arrived at the class, everyone was polite and chipper, but by the end everyone was smiling, laughing and glowing. It's magic. Thank you Beth and Rachel and all my fellow athletes!

I love this place! There are so many class times available that there’s no excuse to not go. I’ve taken Rachel & Jane’s classes and both are great. Super challenging but modifications always available AND the people are the best. They make showing up easy. I can’t wait to try the kickboxing next!

Grow Fitness is an awesome gym. The workouts can be modified for any fitness level. The instructors are very knowledgable and friendly. Throughout the class, they are monitoring the students for correct form and suggesting modifications if needed. I highly recommend visiting Grow Fitness for your fitness needs.

Love this place! Great instructors, good selection of classes and times. Try the kickboxing and Yoga. Very clean. Rachel knows her stuff and is very helpful with newbies and experienced clients. Unpretentious and welcoming. Nothing to be shy about, we're all trying to be and stay healthier.

Grow has a great variety of classes, from 30-min high intensity lunch workouts to yoga to kickboxing. Rachel and her trainers create a fun, welcoming atmosphere and can adapt any workout to meet your needs/abilities.

We attended 2 8am bootcamps while in Beaufort for a quick trip. It was easy to setup the visits on Mindbody ahead of time. We were able to walk to the gym from our B&B which was awesome. The moment we walked in we felt welcome. Rachel has such a friendly and helpful energy. Plus we were even included in group pictures- so nice! We work out everyday and both classes were challenging. Definitely recommend a class here when you’re in town!

Rachel, owner and lead trainer, is awesome! She goes above and beyond to make every person feel welcome in her gym regardless of where they're at on their fitness journey. As a postpartum mama, Rachel has fully met me where I'm at in my fitness journey and made me (and my 5 months daughter) feel fully embraced in her gym! Rachel has created functional fitness workouts that apply in my daily life and motherhood. I've struggled to find a gym that has provided this level of comfort and support while simultaneously encouraging me to achieve my fitness goals with realistic expectations. She's become not only a coach but a reliable friend!

I have been athletic my whole life, but it was on my terms, at my pace, and casual. That needed to change when I was at my heaviest after working from home during COVID.
Then, I met Rachel. She turned everything around for me. She changed my diet (and it is not bad, I actually FEEL beter from what I am eating). She changed my mindset (do this for me and be happy with my results). She changed by body (losing pounds and inches by the week). She inspires and motivates.
Classes have all body types and fun people. Great music, variety of exercises, men and women, FUN PEOPLE.
You won't be disappointed.

In June 2020, I made a choice to improve my life. I started tracking everything I ate and walking 3 miles a day (at a very slow rate!) I dropped 10 pounds a month going from 260 to 230 by August ! I’m a middle school teacher and I knew when school started it was going to be hard to get those 3 miles in when it got cold and dark- and then I saw a post from a childhood friend asking who would join a 5AM virtual workout for 90 days. I thought, “90 days isn’t that long- and the time is good- let’s give it a try!” Full disclosure- I had no plan of sticking around after 90 days. In September 2020 I started, and that first week I had a countdown to my last session…. Then came week two- and I found I liked it even more… and here I am, February 2022 and still going strong! I’ll never quit- not because of the weight loss (now I’m 185 and still striving for new goals every month) - actually that’s not even on my list of why I stick around. I show up every morning at 5 because of the support, the flexibility, the guidance, the push! Rachel listens to our needs- she makes adjustments to meet goals, and she drives all of us forward to be our best selves. I love me more- my kids and husband are proud of my commitment and successes- and I look forward to my 4AM alarm everyday! No more countdown- now I just count up because I plan on sticking around forever! Commit- you won’t be disappointed!!!
