The manager is very nice and helpful! The equipment is in good shape and there's plenty of the different machines. My only complaint is that very few people actually wipe down their equipment (plenty of signs, towels and spray bottles!!), so be sure to do it yourself before using. The ladies' showers and restrooms are nice, but I always wash out the shower before I use that, too. As my complaints are NOT mgmt's fault, I am giving 5 stars

Pretty decent local gym, except the place has an odd odor because it's carpeted. But for serious bodybuilders, it has the best equipment in town.

The people that worked out there were very friendly and I did not ever feel like I was not welcomed. I did not go back after a month of membership because it was just not tidy. I spent more time looking for the things I needed to work out with because things do not get put away. I need to get in and get out and this just did not happen. Things do not get cleaned. I watched and so many people did not use the cleaning supplies that are very available. I do not fault the gym owners as much as the members for the condition of the equipment and the lack of cleaning up after themselves. The gym has lots of cleaning supplies in multiple locations.

Gym 365 is the best gym ever!! The staff, the trainers, and other participants are like family. I have been a member for about two years now and it’s the greatest experience ever. If you want to join a gym with a “WOW” factor, this gym is for you. You want a better experience then give Gym 365. Ask for Seth or Eric and they will assist you. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

This is an amazing gym! I definitely give it 5 stars. The gym is open 24 hours, is clean and well maintained. There are multiple equipment options and the staff are awesome. My husband and I came in because we were considering joining this gym. When we walked in a man was on the phone but he never even looked at us, instead he walked farther from the front desk. So, we were looking around the lobby area to get familiar with what was offered. We waited around for about 5 minutes and the man was still on the phone, without even telling us he would be with us or looking at us. My husband and I got tired of waiting without even being acknowledged, so we left after about 10 minutes. As we were walking to our car the man on the phone came out after us to see if we needed help, yelling across the parking lot at us from the door way, with the phone still in his hand. I told him we were considering joining, but we were no longer interested in going there, but thanks anyways.

If a person can't even let a potential customer know they will be with them or say they apologize it's taking a while, I can't imagine how I would be treated in the future. This is simple customer service. By simply asking the person they were on the phone with to hold on a moment and asking us to wait or see what we needed, the situation would have been completely different. I personally worked in many customer service type jobs and it's a very simple thing to do in order to keep a customer/potential customer from feeling snubbed.

So, my husband and I went over to another gym that just opened in Clemmons. We had a great experience there and it has more amenities than this gym. Plus, the employees at the gym we signed up for clean it every hour. The gym we joined has very friendly staff.

This place could definitely take a lesson in customer service from them.

This is a great gym with TONS of machines for every exercise you could imagine. It has 3 seperate rooms. One is devoted to power lifting with all the competition level equipment.

The thing is I haven't been there myself, but I know a couple people who does. They say it's a great place, and nice people there, I don't know if their right but I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt. she said it has very nice equipment and nice people there!! So I rate it 4 stars, because I haven't been their myself so yeah... I recommend this place, for anyone who wants to work out and wants to get abs, biceps and more!!

Nice people, affordable prices, lots of equipment and several different classes you can take at no additional charge. You have access to 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They are everywhere and very convenient. I've been taking Silver Sneakers class and it really helped my shoulders. I don't need a shoulder physical therapy.

Thank you to everyone who has reviewed this gym previously - you are all spot on. I absolutely love this gym. It is never crowded, people are friendly, open 24-7, cheap, and has childcare. Most importantly, it has every piece of gym equipment you can think of, including cardio machines, resistance machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, ropes, prowlers, tires, hammers, peg/climbing board, bands, medicine balls, bosu balls, stability balls, foam rollers... I could go on and on. As long as you're motivated, there is plenty of variety so you're never bored. There is also a locker room, shower, classes, personal training, and plenty of parking. I couldn't dream up a better, no-nonsense gym!
