Called just to get some information, as we have been bouncing around summer camps to find the perfect fit. Whoever I spoke to was so rude! They will not give pricing or any information over the phone. They said I needed to go online and create an account. I was rushed off the phone, so we will NOT be trying camp at this place.

Unorganized. Rude through messages aka lack of customer service skills. Poor quality of instruction and lack of understanding/compassion for basic things like a child being sick. There are so many better options in the area.

My kids like the gymnastics but overall unfriendly staff here. Instead of waiting in the very crowded observing area with my 21 mo old daughter who has a hard time waiting as it is, I decided to take her out back to play in the kids playground to play since no one was out there and knew this was part of Hahns’ property. Within two minutes of being there, I was rudely approached/tactlessly told by two staff members that she couldn’t play here and I could only come back at 5:30 pm (conveniently when most classes end/when it’s dark out). Just didn’t appreciate this crassness in how their staff communicated w me.

My daughter looks forward to her class each week. She has made friends with other girls in her class. The front desk staff has always been friendly even when they have multiple parents and employees requiring their attention. So breathe when you come in, look a little confused if it’s your first time, and someone will help you.

I do not recommend AT ALL for a birthday party. First of all they wouldn’t let the kids use the whole gym because they had a private lesson going at the same time. Secondly they kept trying to make the kids play duck duck goose & other games & alll the kids wanted to do was jump on the trampolines & into the foam pit. Third the staff also was continuing to rush us out of the party room right in the middle of trying to sing happy birthday & do birthday cake. While in the gym, the owner (I’m assuming) was VERY rude about anyone else jumping or doing any activity. It was VERY disorganized for the amount of money paid to have a party there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff is friendly and the instructors are knowledgeable and caring towards the kids, but not so much so that they are not disciplined. My ONLY complaint would be the airflow of the parents waiting room, the gym has open bay doors for the students, but no source of airflow for the waiting area. A fan or A/C in the lobby/waiting area would do wonders. The heat gets in, but doesn't leave.

I want to say thank you so much to Hahn's Gymnastics for allowing our daughter to practice with your team girls for 2 days while we were visiting the Asheville area. The team girls along with Coach Rose welcomed her with open arms and were so attentive and kind. She had a wonderful experience and was able to pick up a few tips that will be very helpful in her gymnastics journey.

My son's first time in gymnastics, so we didnt have much to compare it to at the time... however, the woman at the front desk was short and not friendly AT ALL. Our first time there, she (nor anyone else) gave us instructions or told us what to expect, etc. No one introduced the young man that was coaching my son. I witnessed coaches screaming at kids. Overall not a nice environment. We switched to TLG and it's been a much better experience with people who actually like kids. Save your money and skip this gym.

I signed up my daughter (3 1/2 years old) for a “Parents Night Out” event to try this place out. After a couple hours I returned to find 2 teens, looked like they were maybe 14 or 15 years old in charge of at least 30+ children. These folks had these children sitting in the dark as some form of punishment apparently.

One of them, after being asked by one of these kids if they could talk, screamed “YOU HAVEN'T EARNED THE RIGHT TO TALK!” I kid you not.

Maybe I walked in at a very inopportune moment but I will NEVER return to this place. Avoid at all cost.

Hahn's is the best gymnastics for all kids in the Asheville area! They have all levels of classes, from beginner to both boys and girls competitive teams. Their class and team practice times are convenient for working parents and their themed parents' night out events are fun for all ages. They have an after school program that picks up from Asheville, Hendersonville, and everything in between. Their bus even picks up on early release days. They also have themed full and half day camps for all of the school breaks, holidays, and snow days. This includes the fall break and extended winter break for year-round schools! They also do birthday parties and community events. And finally, they are the nicest people and hire great, caring staff.

Hans is very good and not understafed. I've been on the boys team for a few years now and it's a very safe place anytime anyone gets hurts (rarely) they always have someone on it and with coach kin being a past medic for the Navy their in good hands and by the way no one ever gets hurt unless they directly didn't follow directions and did something dumb.

We were in the homeschool group and were not notified of a class cancellation. We drove 45 minutes for nothing, the owner was highly unapologetic and rude. Our inconvenience didn't matter because we paid a lower rate in the homeschool class, it was quite evident that because we weren't big money makers for her that she could treat us poorly. Terribly unprofessional. I would rather pay full price at Osega and be treated like a somebody!

My children love going to Hahns Gymnastics. They have become better in school and at home. I never thought they would love gymnastics. They love to know that they can compete and learn just like the olympians do! Great atmosphere and great staff. Very professional company! I highly recomend them!
