I love this space! It's a nice open, airy space with big windows. Clean, minimalist vibe. This makes for nice lighting during evening classes. This studio has a very homey/community feel, which I prefer over chain studios that can feel intimidating at times. Teachers get to know you by name and cater to specific needs and requests. Great Vinyasa classes that focus on mindfulness and a full body, challenging workout. For all levels.

Loved Hampstead Yoga! I visited the studio 5x while on vacation from NY. All of the instructors were excellent and so attentive. I just started yoga last month and the friendly atmosphere really made me feel welcome. Brandy the owner radiated warmth and positive energy. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!!

I teach & do massage at this Super Sweet Yoga studio. The owner Brandi is one of the most kind and lovey people I have ever met. It's a Yoga house and has a home and family energy 💗
