Hardcore Serious Fitness is a bootcamp still fitness facility. We offer group bootcamp classes, personal training and 24 hour access to full members. Our focus is on fitness and a healthy lifestyle. We service members of all fitness levels, all ages and all abilities. Everyone first group class is on us and membership opportunities to fit your needs. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Great gym, did the hardcore hustle class really enjoyed it. From the name of the place I was a little bit intimidated, but Bear is very welcoming to new people and the workout is something that can be done at almost any fitness level: you can make it as introductory or as hard as you want based on the level of effort you put in. Awesome place.!

I sent my son to Bear for personal training after having knee surgery (Dr. Smith @ OrthoCarolina was his surgeon). Heβs released without restriction today, earlier than expected. This would not have happened without the programming & training @ Hardcore. 5/5 definitely recommend!!

The gym is top-notch with all the equipment you could ever need - whether you're into cardio, strength training, or just want to try something new. The staff and members are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, always willing to help with any questions or offer guidance on my workouts. It's a pleasure to train in such a positive and motivating environment. The group classes are game changers too! From HITT to strength, to TRX, there's something for everyone. The trainers are super supportive and really make the classes engaging.

Bear, the trainer, is exceptional β not only as a motivator but also as a listener who truly understands your goals. He tailors your workouts specifically to meet your needs. Alongside personal one-on-one training, he also offers Boot Camp style sessions that are simply incredible. In just one hour, you'll experience the best workout your body has ever had. What I love most is the convenient location, the variety of workout options available, and Bear's expertise. Iβve been working with Bear off and on for at least four years and my body has always appreciated the different workouts and the gym family developed.
After I had a bad car accident several years back I knew I needed help in getting back into shape on a basic level, including neurological and physical levels. Bear took on my and my challenges and started working with me to learn which muscles were and werenβt activating and different exercises and stretching to assist.
Iβve never met someone so dedicated to their art (from tiny movements similar to Pilates to interval training to lifting to cardio all while building oneβs core) and building their clients forward. After months of one on one sessions I can feel comfortable in day to day activities outside the gym, having regained endurance and strength, and being back in his Hardcore classes too.

My favorite aspect of Hardcore Serious Fitness is the more intimate workout setting and the workouts are interval driven so they are intense but most of the time I am thinking to myself -- I can do anything for 45 seconds. I have been going for only 2.5 months and already see results. A great community of athletes and doing your personal best and simply showing up is all that matters!

Bear Robinson teaches a group youth class middle school aged boys that helps tone, strengthen and improve agility. My son plays tennis and it has helped improve his game. He feels more confident about his workouts after working in small group training with Bear.

At 73, two years doesn't seem long, but since beginning personal training with Bear Robinson and participating in fitness classes at Hardcore Serious Fitness, my overall health has made significant improvements in this brief time. Aches in joints, back pain, and leg cramps caused by vertebra pinching the sciatic nerve....have almost completely disappeared. I feel better and stronger, because my body is fitter. Even my primary care physician recognized the improvement during my annual wellness visit. This is my first experience with a personal trainer, and Bear has made all the difference. He pays personal attention to how I perform an exercise, and gently instructs to correct my efforts. As an example, when I didn't have the strength in my arms and back to perform pushups, he showed me how to perform them from my knees. His knowledge of exercise physiology allows him to adjust exercises to fit each individual. I especially appreciate his willingness to change the types of exercise (stretch bands, kettlebells, TRXs, stair-steppers, elliptical machines, rowers, skiers, boxes, balls, etc.) so that every day is slightly different, but all the while accomplishing the desired extension/retraction motion among all the muscles: head to toe. In the words of A. H. Ismail, "Exercise is nature's medicine." Hardcore Serious Fitness is an outstanding place for exercise and camaraderie.

Bear is very motivating and encouraging without being overbearing. There are many levels of fitness and all ages represented at Hardcore. Any workout can be modified to fit your needs or limitations. When the doctors told me I would never walk or talk again that motivated me to walk again using a walker then a cane and eventually I had enough balance to start walking which progressed to a speed walk to a jog. Itβs been twelve years since the day I was struck by a car while walking after ten months in the hospital two months in a coma I run every chance I can about five times a week doing about five miles at a time. Doesnβt matter the weather I just dress appropriately
