Very nice and welcoming people and environment at the Hotworx, Apex! My daily life is a bit challenging with my hypothyroidism in winters. Hotworx is my life saver to boost my physical and mental energy! 24/7 access allows me to squeeze in a quick 15min HIIT excise on the machines or a 45 min more relax session in relatively private rooms. Each room has customizable temperature, lights and time controls. Easy booking in advance with the app. Highly recommend it!

I love the unique experience HOTWORX provides with the infrared sauna! I’ve never worked out consistently in my life before but I’ve been consistent with HOTWORX because it being open 24/7 is so convenient, and I really love the sauna. I noticed after a few days using the sauna the skin on my face has cleared right up! There’s so many workouts to choose from, and I like that you can get any type of workout you'd want in one place. The staff at both Apex and North Raleigh locations have been wonderful. Eager to assist, answer questions, etc. I have enjoyed the work outs and I like that I can push myself to the level that I am comfortable with. My one suggestion would be that someone keep an eye on the actual equipment that is in the saunas particularly the row machines. For example, one of the row machine cables was completely pulled out in Apex. Also, one of the cables on the right side was more difficult to pull than the left side on the same machine. Again, great staff, but I just want to be able to get a consistent workout in. Thank you.

I have been going to HotWorx in Apex since May of 2023 and I have absolutely loved it. When I first started going I had not worked out really since before the pandemic. Since 2020 I have had two beautiful babies, and just couldn't find a routine that I could stick with and enjoyed. I tried Hotworx and was immediately in love with the concept, the moderations the coaches shared, and the flexibility to go around work and kids. Ashleigh and Lisa are amazing, and the other staff I have met have been incredibly friendly too.
