Love HOTWORX On The Plaza! The workouts are quick, the saunas are super clean, and I can book whatever session I want right in the app. The staff is always nice, it’s open 24/7, and parking is super easy — huge bonus in Plaza Midwood. Perfect spot for Hot Yoga, Pilates, or a quick sweat whenever I need it!

All the staff is very helpful and kind. Having 3 strangers in one space seems too tight for comfort but 3 friends is great or often classes only have 1 or 2 people in it. Love that it is 24/7

As someone who has tried it all—traditional gyms, various independent studios in Charlotte, Volofit, OrangeTheory, you name it—Hotworx is truly the best value and the only workout of its kind. I can’t overstate how much it has improved my overall health and wellbeing. After suffering a back injury, the combination of infrared heat and guided workouts has allowed me to stay active without straining my back. It feels like therapy for my mind while also helping me get in shape. I’ve lost weight, and honestly, the saunas become addictive in the best way.
The fact that it’s open 24/7 and includes free weights and benches for cross-training is a huge bonus. I also love how quick the workouts are—they fit perfectly into a busy schedule. My personal favorites are the Hot Core isometric workout and the Hot Cycle HIIT session. I’d recommend Hotworx to anyone who’s on the fence about joining!

This was the best first workout. Isolated in a personal sauna I felt so good after. Carley, who I believe to be the manager, based on what her name tag said was delightful and extremely helpful. I signed up immediately and look forward to a bunch more workouts and interactions. And the plaza location has parking so that's cool.

The space is so clean and organized it was easy to walk into and get started! I am on a new fitness journey after having neglected my health for the last few years. From the owners to the manager to the staff to the space, this Hotworx is the best! I love that a cardio workout lasts 15 min but the benefit of infrared burns calories up to an hour after. I’m doing this for my health and have been looking forward to this location opening. I love that there are a selection of workouts so there’s always something for whatever mood I’m in, whenever I’m in the mood to do it! That’s how I roll and the low key environment and welcoming atmosphere here makes it easy to want to come!
