I visited the Ballantyne location out of curiosity and for the free workout. Fast forward almost 3 years and I'm still going strong at the Southpark location. Very clean facilities, friendly staff, and fun workouts and challenges to keep you motivated. Highly recommend!

Best studio in Southpark! Being open 24/7 is extremely convenient & secure with member only access. They have a good variety of workouts, so you can really challenge yourself. Plus, the infrared health benefits are amazing. I felt great after my first session and have noticed some big health benefits since I have been working out here. The management/staff is friendly, helpful & incredibly thoughtful! I really can’t say enough good things about this studio. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Great customer service!!! Peyton asked me some questions during one of my visits on what would make my experience even more positive than it already was and within a week she quickly added that request to the gym. Also need to mention how friendly they are between her and Goldie they truly make you feel welcome. Keep up the great work!!!!

Just after a few sessions my lower back sciatica nerve problems has been reduced to a minimum. Classes lowered inflammation and weight. Gain energy and flexibility. The staff is great ! Highly recommend to check them out

This location is the most responsive to your concerns. The staff is also very compassionate and connected to you from the moment you enter. They want to work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible. I've been to all 5 Charlotte-area locations and I would encourage you to visit them all as well to form your own conclusions. Heck you have the sweat-anywhere membership, so use it!

My sister, mom and I just signed up with the Hotworx facility. The staff are so awesome! All the young ladies that work there are super nice and the gym is top tier! The entire concept of infrared workouts is so amazing and we are excited to be a part of this gym!
