Signed up in May for Hot Worx. I was told that it was a 99.00 cancellation fee prior to three months . And after three months , you can cancel. Called in to cancel only to find out the contract said six months.

Tried to cancel .. Spoke to a team member who kept saying “yeah you only have one more month and then you can cancel.” Which wouldn’t be right if I had a six month contract…

Spoke to the owner a few hours later and It came off slightly condescending to hear “I’m not sure where the confusion is .” Or making it seem as if I’m not telling the truth. Considering the employee I spoke to a few hours prior gave me inaccurate information about how many months I had remaining , it’s very possible that when I signed up that I was told inaccurate information. He said well it was the GM who signed you up.

Moral of the story, physically read your contract before signing up . I cancelled because the workouts are boring and the screens are small and high. I still had to pay an additional month to get out . Signing up for a gym shouldn’t feel like you’re signing up for a 360 deal.

Instead of asking about my experience or why I wanted to cancel , you instead chose to tell me “you don’t understand where the confusion was and you need to hold members accountable .” I’m giving it two stars because the gym itself is nice and well maintained .

I signed up online to do a free class and was greeted by WHITNEY. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We did a quick tour of the sauna and the HIIT equipment. After my workout she didn’t pressure me to join and I really appreciated that. I signed up as soon as I left the building. Today I was greeted by CARLEY for my second class and she was very nice, made sure my 24 hour access worked properly, reviewed the entire app with me and set me up nice for the barre class. Customer service at this location is top tier. The atmosphere is judgement free and I am excited to be apart of the warrior family.

Hotworx is an amazing workout studio!
Hotworx is different than anything I have ever tried. There is a variety of classes to try and the are all done in the sauna. Get set and ready to sweat 😓. You get the maximum benefit from the workouts they offer.
The studio is very clean and has great safety protocols in place.
The staff is very friendly and helpful explaing the membership and how the facility works. Great tour and a wonderful experience.

Today was my first experience with Hotworx and I'm hooked! The staff is friendly, very attentive and not pushy (which is highly unusual for boutique fitness). So much many options to aid in your journey from stretching to weights! A great place to push yourself or just destress. You won't see a bit of dirt or dust! Try it and you will see for yourself!

I wanted to try hotworx for extra calorie burn and all the sauna benefits including doing workouts. I got my free pilates class to try out and i loved it very slow movement i feel like i can keep the pace. I signed up I cannot wait to try the other classes. While waiting for my ice cream, I often wondered what made the women walking out glow and seem lighter. Sooooo….I went in curious. I left out a believer in its benefits.
I opted for the stretch session. FANTASTIC!

Carley is amazing. I was walking by to get food and noticed the QR code and was reading more about it before I took a picture. She wasn't busy with a client so she decided to come outside and ask if I wanted a tour. She told me how everything worked and answered all my questions. I did the free class and I loved it. I was worried about the heat bothering my contact lenses but it was a nice dry heat and didn't bother my eyes at all.

Great place!!! The staff and environment really makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. You do really go at your own pace and although some workouts seem easy you really feel it afterwards. I have been doing HOTWORX 5-6 a week for 8 months and I cannot express how transformative it’s been in my life. I feel stronger and more comfortable in my body than I ever have before.

Along with muscle gain and fat loss, I have seen an incredible improvement in my skin (my acne is almost completely gone) and my immune system. I am a teacher and mother of three small kids and for the first time in YEARS I got zero sicknesses all falll/winter. No strep, no flu, no bronchitis, ZIP! The only major lifestyle change I’ve made from the prior year was consistent HOTWORX.

The facility is always clean and I never feel intimidated my the members here. Everyone is kind and I see people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. I just love it.

One of the workouts tell you to visualize your happy place… and I literally visualize HOTWORX.

Just joined the Steele Creek location my experience was fantastic until I received a flaming ignorant call from some hurt sarcastic man threatening to cancel my service if I did not purchase a hotworx mat for the saun even though I apologized. He was sooooo abrasive and curt,. I went to the location after speaking to the Demon to remind him to respect his elders. These days social media CAN make or break a million dollar business!!!!!!!! Oh the mat and towel is an overcharge and get some tissues and paper towels in the bathroons for your customers. That's right I said it😁😁😁😆😆😆😆😆.

Hotworx steele creek is great. The owner took his time to show us what we needed to know. This may sound a little strange but I have a phobia of bathrooms...the bathrooms were SO CLEAN. I also Love all the cleaning stations to clean the area after you finish.
I appreciate Hotworx being open 24 hours - AND it being locked, only for members. I feel safe.

So far, so good! Vince the co-owner is sweet, helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean and feels very secure. Word of advice, take some time to familiarize yourself with the app and how to use the machines so you won't be a fumbling, bumbling mess like I was! LOL. The saunas feel great!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! I have avoided gyms for most of my adult life. The biggest reason being that the environment wasn’t something I craved coming back to. Hotworx changed all of that for me. I find myself craving the warmth of the saunas, the chill vibes of the studio, the warm welcoming team members, and the immediate mood boost I feel when I leave for the day. This place has done it RIGHT!

I joined HotWorx because it was so close to my hotel where I am going to spend next 4 months due to work travel and I love this place and don't feel missing my home gym. Refreshing and relaxing to enter a sauna again. Completed the free trial hot stretch and I was able to disconnect and get a good stretch. Grateful they’re now in the neighborhood. I like the ability to get an intimate workout without the excess background noise.

I visited for their grand opening and had such a blast! The facility is absolutely gorgeous, and I got to do a rowing workout along with some fun calisthenic challenges. I really enjoyed myself and learned about new ways to push my limits.

Now, let me tell you about the sauna rowing workout—it was intense! It felt like a Peloton session, with an instructor leading the way via screen, pushing and encouraging me the whole time. After 15 minutes in that 124-degree heat, I was absolutely drenched! Even though I felt like I could have kept going, I was excited to hear they offer longer sessions in different rooms.

This was my first time experiencing a workout in a sauna room and I can honestly say I enjoyed it! The workout was intense but you can go at your own pace. I also like the small intimacy feel versus the feeling of intimidation at a big gym. I did sign up for a membership as it is way more affordable than your average gym. I like that it is open 24/7 for members as well which provides much flexibility for my schedule. It is also close to home for me which I enjoy as well. There are so many workouts to choose from I love the diversity and you can do as many classes as you would. Jordan and Karly were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. This is such a nice studio! I have HOTWORX Everywhere so I’ve been to a lot of em — the lay out is so spacious and they have 9 saunas instead of the typical 8 saunas crammed into a small space. The workout space in the back is huge. Not all HOTWORX are the same — I’ve been to many which aren’t well taken care off. The owner is great and attends to the studio himself. So happy to have a HOTWORX near my parents when I visit them! 10/10
