I am absolutely OBSESSED with HOTWORX Cornelius! From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and inspired. One of my best friends called me up and said girl you got to try this!!!! & I DID!

The concept of working out in an infrared sauna sounded intense, but now I’m completely addicted. Not only do you get an amazing workout, but the detox benefits are unbelievable—I leave every session feeling lighter, clearer, and totally refreshed.

The variety of sessions keeps things exciting, and I love being able to choose what works best for my schedule and my mood. Whether it’s yoga, Pilates, or HIIT, every class pushes me in the best way. The studio is spotless, the technology is super user-friendly, and the atmosphere is so motivating.

If you’re looking for a unique way to sweat, sculpt, and reset—this is it. HOTWORX Cornelius has become my happy place. Highly, highly recommend!

I’m shouting it from the rooftops that there is no better and more beneficial way to work out than this. Strength, flexibility and sweat in the most gentle way possible - which is huge for this 47 year old woman that used to hurt all over, all the time. I’ve never loved a work out the way I love this place. My husband even goes with me! It’s affordable and social as well. Literally checks all the boxes and the people at the Cornelius location (Brooke and Jill) are the best and kindest. Do yourself a favor and go check it out!

I just love this place! My friend and I joined last March and have been very excited to see how far we have come. It’s a shorter workout AND in a sauna. So many benefits for detoxing and firming up. The people at the HotWorx Cornelius location are so friendly and helpful. I consider Brooke and Jill new friends. The whole set up is so motivating with ways to track calories, rewards for calories lost, and such a great atmosphere.

Absolutely love this place! I have a bad neck (numerous steroid injections and physical therapy) and terrible TMJ and these increased saunas have been extremely instrumental in my recovery process. I am trying to do everything to not have neck surgery and Hotworx has been the best medicine for me and I could not be
more grateful. Hotworx Cornelius has brought my smile back, my motivation and my overall health. Thank You for allowing me to be a part of this awesome community. The staff is amazing!!!!

I was addicted after my very first class and now I can’t stop trying all the different classes in the heated saunas. The staff is super nice and they always have fun contest going on as well as specials. I’m really loving it now that the weather is cooling off and I feel amazing after.

I’m so happy with my membership at this location. The owners as a family are amazing… so sweet! Rest of the staff are so welcoming and kind too! Everyone at this gym takes care of the equipment and everyone is respectful of each others space. I’m very happy with how clean everything is. I definitely feel safe being here during un-staffed hours as well.

I’m NOT a gym person… I’ve always felt insecure in a gym but for me to join and love it this much says a lot!

I’ve visited multiple Hotworx because I love the science behind it, and Cornelius is by far my favorite! Their equipment is super nice, and the owner does a great job of updating it when necessary. The staff goes above and beyond to keep their establishment incredibly clean and are friendly to everyone who comes through their doors.

HOTWORX Cornelius is a game-changer for anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey and increase their flexibility. As a person who fights through chronic back pain, it's the first time in a LONG time that I can enjoy intense workouts without the backlash of pain. I am known to be a person who pushes the envelope and will limp away from a workout just to get it done. 💪 It's so exciting to see the beneficial changes that are happening after just ONE MONTH. The infrared heat technology not only accelerates calorie burn but also promotes flexibility and mobility. My flexibility is increasing FAST! I had the best time at this studio! The staff and owners are amazing, and really love what they do. I felt welcomed, and when I was initially nervous to try something new I left feeling better than ever! I’ve gone back more times than I can count and now look forwards to HOTWORX any time I can!
