I stoped in at Shamploo desserts and started feeling bad about myself. I watch my mother slip in and out of diabetic commas most my life, and here I find myself borderline type 2. As I pushed my snack away I decided to join the shop next door(Hotworx) and it’s been the best decision of my life. My A1c has dropped 3 points in just a short time. I love the new me that’s fully of energy! Thanks to the top notch employees Im enjoying my life again by following their guidance. Don’t let life leave you behind.

The owner and employees are AMAZING!!! I have been "out of sorts" for about a year dealing with an injury and an autoimmune issue. I struggle daily, and this sauna is literally the ONLY thing that makes me feel better. What brings me to tears of gratitude is how INCREDIBLY kind the owner Lex and the employees (Seth and Gerri) are! I come here frazzled and a mess each day and they treat me like royalty! And they're genuine. They're just the kindest people ever! This place is a safe, loving, kind place where you can heal from the inside out!!

Out of all the Hotworx locations I've visited, this one is definitely my favorite! A major plus is that you don't have to struggle to find parking. The gym itself is also the largest Hotworx I've ever been to. I appreciate that you rarely have to share a sauna at this location, though I personally don't mind it. The employees are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to assist you and improve your experience. The only thing I could wish for is a stair stepper, but obviously that's just wishful thinking! 😂

This place is great. The staff is friendly and pays close attention to your needs while you are working out. The encourage you to push through the workouts. Once you are done with this sauna workout you will feel refreshed and have a ton of energy. Stop in and you will not be sorry.

I was introduced to Hotworx here and I have loved it from the start. The concept of fitness inside of infrared saunas and the choice of self lead exercises with guided virtual instruction is honestly genius. Not to mention that the staff and manager, Lex are truly kind and very hospitable. I have also had the joy of bringing 25 women to workout with me at this location. The manager worked with me on the date and prepared beautifully for us!! Lex and the entire staff were so accommodating and just went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed! I was pleased with tours and the staff’s ability to answer our questions and showcase the full works at Hotworx! Throughout the week when I workout here, it is quiet and easy to get a spot for an effective & efficient workout! I highly recommend!

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The owner John is fantastic! Love to see him in there actually using the place just like other members. The Manager Lex is just amazing. Always super helpful. Seth and Geri are always there to help you for whatever you need!

One thing I love about Hotworx is that it really is a chose your own adventure. I need a knee replacement and this has allowed me to workout and get back into action. My physical therapist was wowed!!! Can’t recommend this place enough!
There’s even an area to lift some weights.

You have an opportunity to try before you join so you can look around and see if it’s a good fit for you. You can even bring a friend!So be sure to call to book that online session and trust me, you’re going to love it!

This location also does little events on Saturdays which are always my personal favorite!

And yes get the mat and towel for your SAFTEY! Don’t question it just do it. Can’t get healthy if you aren’t safe can you? You got this! Keep kicking butt on your journey! You got this!!!!

Literally the sweetest staff I have ever met at a gym!! I couldn't believe I hadn't heard of HotWorx sooner, especially since the only reason I had gotten my last gym membership was so that I could have access to a sauna lol but I love the concept..mini saunas, different workouts, bikes, row machines, hot yoga, a TRX/weight area, and 24 hours?? I literally am mad I didn't know about this sooner! lol

My daughter tried to cancel her membership, but the person she spoke to said she had to come in to do that (presumably to put a sales job on her). She called back a few days later and explained her situation, and that person agreed to cancel her membership. However, she was still charged for the next month (December). These actions are very shady in my opinion. I have already had her dispute the charge.

Edit: 1.3.25: despite the promise by the owner (see the response, which I captured) not to charge after December, there is another charge on January 1, 2025.

I love the detox and relaxation for my body when I’m working out in the sauna. I love the variety of workouts. All the staff at North Raleigh location are so helpful and friendly. I’m so grateful I found HOTWORX as my workout place; I will enjoy the health benefits and a friendly and clean atmosphere.
