Long overdue review. I’m 90 days in and have lost weight, put on muscle, and so many more transformational things, hair loss has stopped, my skin is healthier. HIIT classes plus iso sauna classes, plus lifting weights in the FX zone. I am stronger, have more gas in the tank, and feel like an athlete again for the first time in many years. The owners are awesome, the staff is great, the gym is VERY clean. So thankful that I landed here. This is my spot!

I love HOTWORX and I'm glad I joined the Waxhaw, NC location. The studio is clean and well-kept, and I find the infrared workouts to be a refreshing change from my usual routine.
The staff is friendly and provides clear instructions on how to use the equipment and join the classes. There is a good variety of classes available, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. Overall, I think it’s a worthwhile option for anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey.

HOTWORX Waxhaw is amazing . Workout in infrared saunas with yoga, pilates, stretch, bike and more . There is also an FX zone / weights . The Studio is always kept clean. The schedule is really flexible they offer 24/7 classes. Holley, Maggie and Team are super helpful and care about Members. They also have some great ongoing fun events /pop ups and always running great promotions.

I am so glad the new Hotworx Waxhaw location is now open. I love the convenience of working out at anytime since I have access 24/7. There are so many options to choose from to get the best workout! The staff there is so friendly and the facility is so clean! If you haven't tried Hotworx yet you are missing out!

I highly recommend coming in and checking out a free session! That’s what I did and I fell in love with this place! It’s hard getting back in the gym and they make you feel like you’re family. The workouts are detailed and hard, like covered in sweat but also have modifications. The infrared sauna really does help your recovery and it feels better than going to just a normal gym (which they also have in the back when you want also). They’ve thought everything through including showers with fresh razors if you forget. I’ve been going almost a month now and feel a huge difference already!

Absolutely the best place to workout! It’s so convenient with being open 24hrs and the staff and other guests are so friendly and helpful!! The workouts are varied and low impact which keeps me motivated! Never sweated like this from any other class I have taken!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great new place to workout!!

This is my new favorite workout place! I can get unmotivated sometimes when it comes to working out, so having something this short and structured is extremely helpful. I’m a college athlete and I have found Hotworx to be very beneficial for my endurance.
