By far the best fitness studio around. The workouts are different everyday and you can tell careful thought and planning went into each one. I drive from Charlotte and it always worth the trip!!

Hybrid FIT is a wonderful program ran by amazing coaches who are very knowledgeable! My pregnancy became a little complicated in the beginning and they helped me navigate through so I could stay active and safe! I ended up working out with them right until the end and I had a relatively easy and quick delivery! I will be returning back soon and look forward to getting back into it! It is also a big bonus for the child care at the 9:30am class which most facilities don’t offer! If you are looking for something to keep you active and fit this program is great! People of all ages and abilities attend and we all have a great time!

I love this place!!!! Great varied functional workouts with experienced coaches. Small classes and modifications available if dealing with an injury. Love the other participants, too, and get excited to see them. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Love this program!! Similar in style to CrossFit, with varying functional movements, but without the barbell. You still get a phenomenal cardio and strength building workout. After a couple of injuries in 2018, this program has been exactly what I’ve needed to stay fit.

I am a member at Hybrid Fit and I just love it! The atmosphere is encouraging, the other members are friendly and the coaching staff are professional and knowledgable. The programing is top notch. Kristin, owner and head coach really puts a ton of effort into her programming and it shows. I also love the varied times that classes are offered. There is always a class time that fits into my schedule. The different membership options are great too. There is an option for everyone. Really love my Hybrid Fit family!!

This gym has gotten me back into shape!!! Every day Kristin designs a new, challenging workout and Im never bored and always exhausted when I leave. Everyone here is really friendly and nice, and Ive never felt bad about not being able to do a strict pull up or handstand push up. She designs plenty of other ways to work your muscles. I love coming here and how I feel afterwards 😎💪🏼

I love working out here! The coaches are amazing and the small class size insures you get lots of attention to both motivate you and make sure your form is good so you don't get hurt. It is so nice to be an individual not one of many when you step in the door. The mix of strength and conditioning each day keep your body guessing and you always leave with a great sweat. The 45 minute classes are fast and allow you not to have to give up too much of your day. The community is awesome as well. Everyone is so welcoming and encourage you even on your worst days. You are never an outsider when you are at Hybrid Fit!
