Best option I have found in RTP for authentic Bikram Hot Yoga (26 & 2). Very friendly staff and knowledgeable teachers. Good locker room and shower facilities.
Only downside is the limited availability of this specific class (1x weekday evening & 2x weekend classes). Bikram method does not seem to be very popular in this area.

I have been going to Indigo since 2015. Over the last 10 years, I have had really high highs and really low lows, and indigo has always been there as a safe place for me. I absolutely adore Claudine, the owner, and her team of teachers. I recently started going to a studio close to my house out of convenience. They are great but Indigo will always feel like home. Especially now. On Sundays I make sure to make it to Ally Doak’s Praise class at 3:30pm on Sundays. In a world where Christians are silenced, it is refreshing to have at least one class available to sweat out toxins and sins and praise Jesus. Ally does a wonderful job with scripture. Her words can honestly speak to anyone with an open mind, no matter where you stand religiously. It’s a fairly new class so I pray that no one ruins it. I encourage anyone, Christian or whatever your beliefs may be, to come to this class. You will walk out a different person, in the best way possible.

I’ve been practicing at Indigo Hot Yoga for a year now, and it has truly become one of the most grounding and uplifting parts of my weekly routine. The studio has a peaceful, welcoming vibe the moment you walk in — clean, calm, and thoughtfully set up to support your practice.
I absolutely love being part of Haley’s 6:00 AM class — her energy, guidance, and flow sequences are the perfect way to start the day. She brings a great balance of mindfulness and challenge, and her classes always leave me feeling refreshed and focused. In addition, I’ve had excellent sessions led by Juli, whose cues and calm presence are incredibly grounding, as well as with Travis, who brings great energy and attentiveness when subbing in.
The heat level is spot on — intense enough to deepen the practice and promote detox, but never uncomfortable. The studio is always clean, with great amenities like chilled towels and hydration stations that show how much they care about the client experience.
Over time, I’ve noticed real improvements in both my physical and mental well-being. Indigo Hot Yoga is more than a studio — it’s a community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their practice.

I accidentally missed a class I had originally planned to go to this morning at another studio, so traveled down the street to Indigo. I was welcomed and met some amazing yogis in the lobby. One of them, Angela, gave me her buddy pass so I could try Indigo for free. I loved my experience (Thank you so much💜)! Thank you for teaching, Haley! The flow and the heat were perfect!

What a wonderful hot yoga studio! From the first moment I met the owner Claudine and her sweet dogs, I could feel the loving energy. I was temporarily staying in the Triangle after being displaced from Asheville due to Hurricane Helene. I arrived dazed and traumatized without having had my daily practice for weeks and this place was like medicine for my body and soul. I was in tears the first few classes. The studio is super nice and hot. Challenging classes with modifications. Wet washcloths at end of class. All the instructors I took were great, but my favorites are probably Justin Ann, Maureen, Jen, Ross, and Claudine. Wonderful! I don't know what I would have done without finding this studio when I did - really helped my ongoing healing. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Indigo Hot Yoga is hands-down the best in the area! I was going for about 5 months when I moved and looked for a place closer to home but the drive for me is 100% worth it. Justin Anne is one of the kindest, most genuine people I have come across and her gentle classes are the best. Claudine, the owner, is perhaps one of the strongest women I have met. I love how intentional she is about her classes, and giving small comments of praise throughout the class make me feel so good. I could go on and on. Generally, the room is just about the hottest that I have found and the classes can be intense. I will continue going to Indigo as long as I can!

Great hot yoga studio and I love Justin Ann. She is smooth like butter and always has a fire playlist. Whatever the day hands me I leave her class melted in the best way. Seriously, good yoga teachers are rare and this place has a couple of sparkly gems. Big shout out to Jen Parks, her classes are money as well for those interesting in taking it to the next level ;)

This is an amazing studio! I'm new to Raleigh and hot yoga and everyone there has been so welcoming and uplifting. I have been intimidated to try hot yoga but I told them that the first time I went and they immediately made me feel at ease and gave great advice. I especially love Justin Anne's express classes! Highly recommend checking this place out whether you're new to yoga or not.

The older dude with the tattoos is by far the worst yoga instructor I’ve ever met. I’m baffled! He tried to be an army drill instructor during what’s supposed to be a calming and self centering practice.

Claudine and her team are amazing people and instructors. Challenging, inspiring, and supportive. Always have clean towels, mats and mat covers, taking all of the effort out of going to yoga. Just show up and they take care of you. Been going for 3 years now, and won’t ever stop!

Seriously, don't bother.
The studio itself is fine, if a little basic. It's one room and not very big but they do make it very hot and humid, which is nice. The classes are fine, also pretty basic. So far, none of the instructors have been very creative with their flows.
What I can't get over is how inexcusably rude the people who work here have been. The first time I went, the girl at the front desk made a weird face at me and gave a big sigh when I came in, like she was really annoyed that I was there. The second time I went, I got there with 2 minutes to spare and one of the women made some snide remark about me being the last person they were waiting for. The third time I went, I rushed as fast as I could to get there after work and arrived at 7:01. They literally locked me out of the studio!
I'm honestly baffled! Why do all these women teach yoga when they seem to hate it so much? You would think that with so many fitness studios closing due to covid, they would at least make an effort to not make their customers feel like an inconvenience, at best.

I’ve taken many classes at this studio. I’ve always enjoyed them and found the teachers to be very down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend Sunday night Gentle Yoga with Allie. She is awesome and so is the class. It’s my favorite. It’s perfect for everyone and the best way to end the week. I feel like the class is very laid back as opposed to other classes where you have a fast pace and people who clearly do yoga often and bend in ways I couldn’t imagine. I recommend giving them a try!

Indigo has become my home away from home. I have been practicing here for nearly 4 years and it has changed me from the inside out. All the teachers are fantastic and bring something unique to your practice. Claudine (the owner) runs the studio seamlessly and always makes me feel welcome. The studio is always clean and a safe place to practice. I would give Indigo 10 stars if I could!

I've been going here for over 5 years and have had only great things to say about the studio — it is my favorite in Raleigh by far!! For anyone looking to come here the first time, my favorite things are:
1. The workout is amazing. No matter what has been going on in my week, I always leave feeling both physically AND mentally stronger.
2. The staff is outstanding, professional, and kind. They are well-trained and take the time to help you improve your practice. Every teacher I've had has been next-level.
3. This is by far the cleanest studio that I personally have ever seen. You can tell they take the highest precautions and pay attention to the small details.
Just an amazing place all around! Absolutely love going here!

Wonderful hot yoga studio owned and operated by wonderful people. Additionally, Indigo has taken all of the required and proper precautions during COVID. I've felt more safe and comfortable here during COVID than any other small locally owned business in the area. Truly, a cut above the rest.

I enjoy hot yoga and this place provides a great service with convenient times. They only have 1 room and women's change area is a bit cramped. My last studio required you to remove shoes when you entered facility which I found to be sanitary. This place does not. A bit of a muggy smell. I Under stand its hot but I've visited other studios that did not have smell. Overall gets the job done.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! I’ve been to several studios in Raleigh and I will be staying at this one. The teachers actually know what they are doing. The different classes actually have noticeable variation. There’s no “additional fee” for towel/mat service or even for bottled water! This is the first place I’ve actually felt like I am getting both mental and physical benifits from practice. I will definitely be recommending indigo yoga! I see a lot of comments about the smell of the floor, it must have been resolved because I noticed nothing.

Do Not Go Here. Nice at first goes down hill slowly.
Too many people. A few teachers are rude. Which you don't learn until after a few weeks. Mix of everyone is nice, but not a yoga place to support. Try somewhere downtown.

First time here and yes I was 1 minute late ( hence the three stars to be fair) rudeness from what I assume is the instructor ! I paid my drop in fee on the app . She asked if I was registered ? I responded yes . She points over to the class and says “just go” with a look of disgust! I would have rather she tell me I was too late ! I did look in the class wall to wall people so I chose to leave as there wasn’t space anyway ! Why allow so many people to book when you clearly don’t have the space ? Never be rude to your customers ! It isn’t necessary really ! Your energy is negative !

Great location. Nice facilities. The actual yoga and temperature of the room will test your endurance but it clears your head. A lot of functional, fluid, hip opening moves to improve posture and balance. The environment is calm and everyone, staff and other customers, are all nice and helpful. While most of the people there are in tip top shape everyone projected positive encouraging energy. No judging. If you need to modify to do a pose then modify. Good mix of young professionals and seasoned business executives. Mostly ladies but a couple guys (revised - Its about 65% girls and 35% guys). I don't really get into the spiritual connection part but the heat, stretching, core stability, and mental clarity have me hooked.

I went for a gentle hot yoga class. Thought it would be a good way to get back into yoga. There is nothing gentle about this. I wouldn't go back for that class unless I'd taken beginners classes again. Also...that flooring is some sort of spongy material that smells awful! I felt awful leaving mid-class but it wasn't even comfortable enough for me to just "stay"

First - I do not write reviews.
Second - I am "very picky' about my yoga
Third - I LOVE this place, I was a Core Power Yoga Freak, but Claudine and team have turned my tide. I LOVE Indigo, classes are GREAT, instructors are AMAZING, very knowledgeable, and supportive.
The studio, while one room is AWESOME, I really like the room, it's very clean, and the amazing staff are always cleaning before and after class.
Fourth - You will be drawn in my the GREAT Yoga, GREAT class schedule, and AMAZING Teachers, but you will stay because of all the pampering Free (with a memebership) Towels, Mats, Yoga Mat Towels, Wash Clothes (we all know why we need those!) AND ICE COLD LAVENDER scented towels at the end. Indigo will need to close it's doors to make me find a new studio!

So, I'm not a "new age" person at all. I'll try anything once, but usually drop it within a week. Indigo is that rare exception. Here's why.
1. The staff at Indigo are exceptionally friendly.
2. They are extremely knowledgeable.
3. Military discount makes it very affordable.
4. This place is exceptionally clean.
5. It's in my apartment complex, so I have no excuse.
6. I feel amazing when I'm done.
7. Solid music.
8. I used to suffer from chest pain and acid reflux, since starting hot yoga I haven't had any issues, maybe it's the yoga, maybe it's not, but it's worth a shot.
9. Extremely accessible and if you're military and suffering from aches and pains from bad PT, this can help you get your body back from the brink of death.
Downsides...
1. It is a little bit crowded, especially on Monday for gentle yoga, but not unmanageable.
2. You will smell feet, and sweat, but what do you expect?
Too long, didn't read?
Summary: Worth it, amazing place, great staff, I will keep going until I eventually have to move.
