Still going with Invictus Gym. My fitness journey started with the reality of being placed on a fifth blood pressure medication. I did some initial weight loss and healthy habits on my own but knew I needed to find the right personal trainer. Then I met Lynn, who asked the major question none of the others did, "What are your goals for health besides weight loss?" You could instantly tell that she was well educated and passionate about her profession. But what I discovered is she had the patience of Jobe when it took me over 15 minutes to do one burpee. Eventually, I did several burpees and other exercises I thought I could never do. She has been a partner in my journey and the best advocate to help me reach my goals. I found not only a trainer but a health coach for life who is truly invested in my fitness and beyond.

I absolutely love training with Invictus! It has been about 9 months since I started virtual training and the results are amazing. Working with Lynn is incredible - she really takes the time to understand who you are and what your goals are.
