A real no nonsense gym, great lift great people good community, have everything you could need for a powerlifter/ bodybuilding, top of the line machines and equipment, very very very clean neat and organized! Overall one of the best gyms I’ve been too, plus vet owned! super outstanding guy! Thanks Chris!

Discovered this gem while in the area visiting family. One of the best gyms I've even been to! Every little detail and piece of equipment is thought through. No nonsense, impeccably clean, easy going friendly vibe, veteran owned and operated. Check them out if you are local to the area, you won't regret it!

Ever since I moved to Leland I had been looking for a gym that simply offers everything I want/need. I met the owner & Got to see everything the gym offered.
Since that day I honestly haven’t looked back at any of the other gyms in Leland.

100% recommend if you are serious about you’re fitness goals.

Great gym. I was visiting family from out of town and used the gym for four days. Sign up, access, and even drink purchases were easy through the app. It’s clean, and the equipment is all in working order. Has everything you need to hit major muscle groups.

I've been a member at Ironsmith Barbell since it opened a few months ago, and it's easily become my favorite gym in the Wilmington area. Signing up was a breeze, and their app makes it so easy to get in and out no matter what time of day. The facility is incredible - all the equipment and amenities are top notch which definitely set this place apart from any other gym in the area. The facility is always spotless and it's never crowded. Everyone I've met there is super nice and welcoming, and it feels like a community, which is something I never got at any other gym.

If you're looking for a premium place to work out 24/7, I would highly recommend going there and signing up for the instant access at the front door. All you have to do is scan the QR code and pay 30 bucks for the day pass to check it out. The owner, Christian, is always around and helped me get familiar with everything when I signed up. Definitely worth a visit!
