She is a professional that knows the body and how to help teach you to heal, and become stronger. She is compassionate but tough, truly caring about getting her clients to where they need to be. . I have been working with Jaime for over a decade now and she has helped me through different health challenges, particularly getting me back in shape after my heart attack in 2023. I would give her more than five stars if I could!

I love taking Pilates with Jaime. Her classes are focused, supportive, and I leave feeling stronger and more relaxed.
Jaime does a wonderful job explaining movements and helping with form. I find even the smallest adjustments that she suggests make a huge difference in my practice.
It is obvious that Jaime has a deep knowledge of the practice and generally cares about her students progress and well-being.
Since I started working with Jaime, my core strength and posture have improved. If you are considering trying out Pilates or simply looking for an instructor who knows her stuff, I highly suggest booking a class.

Jamie has an informed, intelligent, yet fun loving / lighthearted teaching style. As a Physical Therapist and Medical Yoga Therapist, I can highly recommend her as an instructor. I love doing the Reformer Pilates Classes with Jaime! She is not only an excellent and most knowledgeable instructor but she loves to challenge you however it is done safely in a fun way.
I have practiced yoga for 20+ years but I have found a new and different kind of enjoyment and strength in my entire body doing reformer classes!! You should most definitely give it a try.

Jaime is an exceptional instructor. I was new to Pilates two months ago and booked a private session at Elemental Pilates. Jaime was kind, patient, and approachable. I have continued to attend her group classes, and I can see the difference in how my body moves and feels. Jaime goes beyond being an instructor and dives into teaching her students the functions of each part of the body and drives home the importance of movement. I would recommend Jaime to anyone ranging from new to experienced in Pilates as she always adapts classes to everyone’s level of comfortability. I look forward to continuing my journey with Jaime.

Jaime is both artful and scientific in her individualized approach to caring for her clients. She has a third eye when it comes to analyzing body pain. Motion provides the key to her diagnosis. A master in the field of kinesthetic health, she combines knowledge with compassion. Her "bedside" manner is like no other I have ever come across. She took my ailing 66-year-old body, recovering from a hernia operation, and within 4 months had me running the Boston Marathon. I really did not think it was going to be possible, but under her guidance and strict adherence to her homework and advice, I was back to my previous fitness level. Since then, I have qualified twice more and run other marathons and distance races. I cannot recommend this lady enough. Words do not do justice to the gratitude I feel for her. I could not have done it without her and have improved significantly in my stamina, breath practice and positive outlook on life.

I am a 65-year-old competitive master runner who holds recent National Titles, World Masters Athletics medals & American & World Age Group Relay Records. In the last couple of years, Jaime has been a big part of the reason I have been able to compete & succeed at this level.
When Jaime first started to help me, I was unable to run and barely drive any distance, due to imbalances in my body, pain related to arthritis and a bone spur in my knee. Jamie watched me move, listened to me each week & taught me to perform exercises, mostly, but not solely, on the reformer. She also gave me homework. The stretching & strengthening exercises she prescribed, along with the improved body awareness she gave me, have brought incredible relief & I am back training & racing again on multiple surfaces.
I have taken large group, small group & private lessons with Jamie, both in person & remotely. Her knowledge & professionalism in all these settings always impresses me. No matter what physical issue is bothering me on any given week, Jaime has the experience to provide answers or knows where to look to find them. Her cueing is excellent & she uses just the right imagery to help students of all levels learn to perform a movement correctly. She also created a fun, warm & safe atmosphere in which to work.
I highly recommend Jamie and look forward to continuing to become a more educated, fluid & better mover, under her guidance.

Jaime is amazing! Since starting with her I've regained more control over my hips/core. Jaime has expanded her offerings to a healthier new you! I highly recommend working one-on-one with Jaime on the Reformer (FIona) and Silks (Patrick). I haven't had a vertigo episode since I started silks, and my pelvic floor has improved with pilates. Jaime will give you all the information needed regarding what the exercises are doing for your body and offer ways you can incorporate mindfulness in your wellness routine as well. She is amazing!

I'm so grateful for what Jaime has taught me. She is very knowledgeable, as others have said, but also takes time to truly understand your situation. As a painting contractor, it's so important that I keep my body, especially my lower back, loose and in shape. She showed me many stretches and poses using the aerial silk that have helped me repeatedly to stay limber and relieve most of the tightness that can happen after a long day at work. I don't think you will find a better healing instructor!

My experience working with Jamie has been so rewarding I can't recommend her enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging! I am aging as gracefully as possible with the help of mindfulness, meditation, a good diet, and above all else, movement. Her awareness of all these elements working together in sync is an important part of her successful approach to healing/fine-tuning the body and preparing it to be the best that it can be at any age. I purchased Jaime’s Core Restore program after trying at least three other online core programs, working with two PTs, and three personal trainers over the years. I had made some progress but was still having trouble with imbalances in my pelvis due to poor posture and muscular imbalances. I’m happy to report Core Restore has been helping me make great progress! The combination of stretches and strengthening in muscles I didn’t quite know I had has finally been working for me. I always thought my problem was lack of strength but now I see the problem was overly tight muscles fighting my progress. Core Restore is guiding me through these tight spots in a way other programs have not. So happy to be making progress and so happy I gave Core Restore a try. Thank you Jaime!
