Best instructors, best overall workout. I have been Jazzercising over 30 years and feel I get a great workout every time. Classes are geared so you can workout to the best of your ability.

I love coming here! Great, professional staff! Fun and friendly ‘Jazzer-girls’! Looking forward to heading back to ‘in person’ classes very soon but have thoroughly enjoyed the remote, on line classes this past year!

This is a great dance fitness studio! The teachers are well-trained, and are great teachers for people of all fitness levels. In my experience with Zumba (several classes, with different teachers at different gyms), they're is truly no comparison. I always leave those classes frustrated because I can't keep up ... little instruction, and always an assumption that you can learn by watching on the fly! Jazzercise is much more instructional, which ensures proper form, and for me, a MUCH better workout. I've never been a good dancer, but I feel successful with Jazzercise because the teachers always cue the next steps that are coming up so I'm ready for the change. The nice thing is that you can take your Jazzercise moves on to other dance floors. 😉
