A big thanks to Jordan for helping to raise my personal fitness level goals, which were a bit unconventional compared to the average "bulking up" objective among men my age. I appreciated the different package options for one-on-ones vs. group sessions, as well as the diversity of activities to prevent monotony. Amazing personalized trainings! I've had the best results in ten years! I usually have a great month but then fall off the horse but now I'm 10months into the trainings with Jordan and am stronger than ever plus 30 pounds lighter. Now doing half marathons and lifting more than my own weight which pits me stronger now than my early 20s. I'd recommend Jordan for any level and any personal goal as long as you are actually wanting change. I've never had the "life style" change ever sink in so well as with working with Jordan.

Jordan is simply the best personal trainer there is. I have worked with Jordan on an off for the last nine years with amazing results.

Before meeting Jordan I had practiced yoga for a long time and after several injuries I realized I needed to work on strength. I was intimidated to join a gym as I was in my late 50s. I joined a TRX class that Jordan was teaching because I felt it was a safe call. After a few sessions I took the leap and I started taking his personal training sessions. I first took private sessions and then semi private sessions. They are both great, but if you are a beginner, I recommend that you start with private sessions for while.

Jordan is extremely knowledgable. He has experience in many different fitness methodologies and combines them into effective programs that support his client's goals. He has always made feel I can do anything I want to, and has shown me how to do it in a safe manner. He pushes me just enough to get me to achieve my fitness goals without injury.

I moved away from Asheville five years ago but I still drive the hour + to workout with him. I know there must have good trainers here in Greenville and I have tried a few, but, in my book, there is no trainer as good as Jordan whether you are highly fit or just starting in your fitness journey.
