I’ve tried calling a few times to gather more info and never got a call back. So I tried going down to the facility and spent 20min walking around the building trying to find it. Never found it.

I miss taking yoga classes with Kristen. She brings all aspects of yoga into her classes and trainings. If it weren't for her I'd probably still think yoga was all about poses and stretches. It goes so much deeper than that and she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the history of the practice. Definitely recommend her classes and teacher training. She will leave an everlasting impression on your practice and your life. ❤️✌️

Kristen is an excellent teacher, especially with guiding new teachers as they find their way. She helped me gain trust in my body and in my abilities. If you’re thinking of attending her classes or teacher training, go for it! It will be one of the best decisions you make.

I received my 200-hr yoga training at K10 and the experience was absolutely invaluable. The community of support and the wealth of knowledge Kristen so generously shares with her students makes training with K10 unique. You feel loved, you feel cared for, and you feel seen. Kristen facilitates a space that allows you to explore and learn at a pace that you choose while also providing excellent and thorough guidance. She's so accommodating and welcoming. I can't recommend K10 Yoga enough! Join the community!

K10 Yoga is absolutely AMAZING! I've been practicing yoga for awhile and I wanted to deepen my understanding and become a teacher as well. I researched so many spaces but I was looking for a studio that was welcoming ( of all bodies), professional, and family oriented. K10 was the criteria for all of those things plus more! The workshops are informational and interactive, but most importantly the studio is AUTHENTIC! I'm proud to be a YTT alumni of K10 studio. Kristen is an excellent teacher and yoga instructor. I HIGHLY recommend her space

I got RYT 200 certified from Kristen Williams at K10 Yoga and it has changed my life forever. If you are interested in expanding your knowledge of the history/philosophy of yoga, the anatomy of yoga, and the skills needed for teaching, then this is the place for you. Kristen is compassionate, determined, and very intelligent. She embodies what yoga is and is an excellent person to learn from! I’m so thankful for what K10 yoga has done for me!

Kristen is deeply devoted to sharing yoga with integrity. She cares about her community, as well as the state of things in the world. It is rare to find a teacher who puts her whole heart into her teaching. Check her out you won’t be sorry

Kristen is one of the most influential women in my life and I look up to her as a successful yoga teacher, entrepreneur (and forever humble student!). She allowed me to take her 200 hr course when I was 16 years old (this was 2017) and I’m not sure what other yoga teacher would have confidence that a teenager would know and understand what path she’s taking, but Kristen believed in me! What an eye opening experience at such a young age! And so many opportunities have come as far as my personal practice and making it as one of my careers. Fast forward I am now teaching yoga classes at Appalachian State University and am integrating myself in the yoga community in Boone, I am SO grateful for her and her teachings. She is a one of a kind, patient, and a no-nonsense teacher! I highly recommend going through her program, she is one of the best around!

As both a student of Kristen’s yoga classes and a graduate from her RYT200 Yoga School, I can’t say enough positive things about Kristen. She is a wealth of knowledge about the physical and spiritual side of yoga. As someone who was previously mostly interested in yoga and getting certified as an instructor for physical exercise benefits, Kristen opened me up to a whole new side of yoga, which taught me how to tie the physical and inner practice together. She’s helped me tap into the inner work of yoga which truly helped me navigate through some difficult times. Kristen is an absolute gem and anyone that meets her and works with her would agree!

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training through K10 in 2019 and am forever changed from my experience. Kristen welcomes all students just as they are and holds space for growth and authenticity. I highly recommend her trauma-informed training for anyone looking to deepen their own practice.

You won’t find a more inclusive environment than K10 yoga or a more kindhearted soul than Kristen. K10 yoga is more than just a yoga studio, and YTT, . Here you will find the missing part of yourself and leave wanting to change the world with love and positivity. I know it sounds like fluff. But the day I walked in I felt like I was at home, among friends, and that my body was perfect that way God made it. There are not a lot of yoga studios were African Americans (specifically African American Women in our bodies) feel comfortable or accepted but all are welcomed at K10 yoga.

Great instructor for the W-S yoga community. Highly effective in the typical yoga class setting as well as teacher training for future yoga instructors. In working with K10Yoga for 10+ years I have seen numerous happy and satisfied “clients”, class participants and teacher trainees. Strong bonds and a loyal, passionate client base proves that it is the best Yoga practice in the Triad area!

Kristen is the real deal! I completed my teacher training with Kristen in 2016 and it has been a joy to know her since. From my very first class with her I knew there was something special in what she does. She is passionate about yoga as a means not just of self improvment, but for making the world a better place. If you're looking for teacher training, or just a great class, look no further :-)

Kristen is such a beautiful soul and teaching yoga is just a natural calling for her! I took my training while my mom was dying and without her knowledge and compassion I would have never been able to get through the program and pass🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Kristen is a wonderful teacher. I have benefitted greatly from both her yoga classes and teacher training. She is knowledgeable in both the physical and spiritual practice of yoga and has an inviting, open-hearted approach to teaching. I’ve moved cities, but would feel lucky to take classes with her again.

One of my favorite things about Kristen, the master mind behind K10yoga, is how she is able to build a community. I did my 200hr training in 2018 with her and learned so much! I moved several states away and still seek her wisdom and appreciate the community I found in the training. Highly recommend!!!!

K10 Yoga is my go to yoga community in Winston-Salem. Kristen the owner of K10 Yoga not only facilitates yoga classes for ALL bodies, but she also created and successfully ran the first Winston-Salem Yoga Festival. She had hundreds of participants and wonderful yoga instructors from all over the country. Her Yoga Teacher Training has brought beautiful humans into my life who have made me a better yoga teacher too. Kristen truly dedicates her life to her students, studio and yoga teacher trainings. I can't think of a better person to facilitate yoga classes and teacher trainings that welcomes, supports and educates students on being teachers for everybody as her trainings focus on education through yoga for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Kristen is my go to teacher for taking my yoga off the mat to be a student of service. I couldn't recommend her more!

Good communication is an understatement. Kristen is poised and one of the most carefully worded people I have ever had the honor to know. I love how Kristen pulls in history into all of her yoga practices. She really has a profound world view that she openly shares in the most respectful ways possible. When I envision a yoga instructor, I envision someone with Kristen's knowledge and passion for deep connection to self, source, and mother earth. If you haven't taken a class from Kristen yet, then I don't know that you have truly experienced Yoga. She works to bring a whole new meaning to the word mindfulness in her lessons and practice and does so without judgement and with a deep compassion. I can't recommend K10 yoga enough for other people looking to get Yoga certified and for those just looking to deepen their practice. She is a golden start that stands out in this holistic wellness community! Thank you Kristen for all that you do to mend the community and bring people together, you are gifted.

I was thinking about taking YTT here, but I definitely won't be. Kristen is quick to be "supportive" and answer questions/emails when your application fee is on the line and she thinks you're going to take her class, but if you want to talk through any concerns, radio silence.

Edit: your response refers to the 2nd email I sent. The first (and still unanswered) was 12/30/19.

I recently started doing yoga again, after a 2 year hiatus, and was looking for a teacher who would meet me where I was, with no expectations or judgement. I've taken many classes around town but I decided to check out Kristen Williams at the K10Yoga Co-op. What I love about Kristen is she allows her students to find their own practice and work from a place of self-love and nurture. Not only are classes REALLY affordable, but this really feels like the yoga I grew up knowing and love. I definitely recommend checking her out in downtown Winston-Salem. She also offers a yoga teacher training which I'm now considering, just to deepen my practice. Thank you for making this space available and affordable for everyone! It's nice to see in a world where everything has become so expensive and out of reach.

I never leave reviews, but I had to for K10 because this place and Kristen have literally changed my life for the better! I've tried out a lot of studios in the Triad area and none have ever brought me the benefits I have found at k10, and I'm so glad I chose to pursue my teacher training here. Kristen's classes are truly inclusive, holding safe space for everyone, and the mental health benefits I experience with her classes are unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about the teacher training program. I'm learning so much, and have found a beautiful community of caring people while getting to know myself better and transforming in the most positive ways. Kristen goes above and beyond to help her students meet their needs and their goals. With her, unlike with the majority of other yoga studios I have been to, you can tell you are not just a number of $$$. Kristen puts people above profits and goes above and beyond to help you succeed. Her belief in and encouragement of her students is incredibly empowering and unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Having a space where yoga is affordable and accessible for all has honestly truly changed my life and I can't thank the universe enough for bringing me to this place. Kristen is a light in this community and not just talks the yoga talk but really walks the walk as well - she embodies and lives out all the principles of yoga and it's evident through her classes, the way she runs the co-op, and her teacher training. If you're ready to be inspired, motivated, and completely transform your life for the better, K10 is for you.

Kristen is one of the kindest souls I have ever met. She is very patient and warm, and holds the space beautifully. She really understands and teaches how to bring yoga off the mat, because we all know there is so much more to yoga than asanas - that is only one limb of yoga, anyway.. I learned so much from Kristen, and met wonderful friends along the way. I highly recommend training here.

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training earlier this year and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher or setting, I loved it so much so that I encouraged my other friend who was contemplating to go with it too and she is enrolled in Fall’s batch and loving it!.. I personally wanted to deepen my practice, and Kristen helped me do that. She is great at catering and customizing program as per everyone’s needs, provides a safe space and she works with you one on one.. you learn what you came to learn and gain much much more!!! Kristen is super awesome, knowledgeable and resourceful. Studio is great too, there is something peaceful about just being in that space. I am truly so grateful!
