I have been working out with Kyle for a year and a half. I noticed a change in my flexibility and just generally feeling better right away. It is so rewarding be actually able to see that my muscles are getting stronger. Kyle keeps track of number of reps and the amount of weight I can lift, so I can see my progress. He is such a kind person who obviously cares about the wellbeing of his clients.

I put off working out for years and years but it is very important to build strength as we age so at 57 I started working out with Kyle 2x a week - it has been amazing and he is fabulous. He met me where I was and has taught me a ton about body mechanics, has helped me get strong, and feel more confident with athletic endeavors. I highly recommend him for everybody!! He really has changed my life.

Kyle is an excellent trainer. He is encouraging and kind, and also knows when to push. He brings years of experience and professional training, including a strong understanding of body mechanics and injuries. He is equally capable with all ages and body types and personal goals, from sedentary beginner to elite athlete. Bonus, his sweet dog Kodi is quietly on the scene, offering canine encouragement if you want it. Highly recommend.

I have loved my experience with this group. Kyle is very knowledgeable about training and health. I appreciate that he has really paid attention to my form and I have had no injuries. Working out with Kyle and Kodi the dog at K2 Fit Labs has been great!
Iβve been at K2 Fit Labs for years and have found Kyle to be a great trainer. He is very personable and listens to his trainees to see what goals they have for themselves to individualize their training.
Kyle is very positive and really motivates trainees to achieve. At the same time, Kyle can adapt his workouts to whatever skill level the person is at and or whatever physical difficulty they may have.
I highly recommend K2 Fit Labs for anyone looking for personal training.

Kyle and Emily are both wonderful trainers. They are motivating, super knowledgeable about the body and are able to modify for injuries and pain. I've been fortunate enough to work with both of them at one time or another! Emily got me through the pandemic and into the wedding body of my dreams!! I've been working with her virtually for 2 years and she has consistently been so helpful in motivating me to reach my goals all while being flexible with my always changing schedule, and considerate of various body pains. She has collaborated with my physical therapists and is just a joy to speak to. I cannot recommend Kyle and Emily enough!!

In October 2020 I happened upon Emily via word of mouth and I am so very happy. I was out of shape with a bad back, rotator cuff surgery in early 2019 and a daughter that just got engaged. It was time to get serious. From the first time we talked on the phone I felt completely at ease. At our initial meeting, she took everything I told her on the phone and started evaluating my fitness level - all while keeping my back and shoulder in mind. She asked questions and listened to what I said. Her attention to detail, correcting my form and pushing me to limits I would never push myself to, combined with the air high fives, countdown encouragements and even woot-woots when I finish a particularly tough set are some of the many things that make me love working with her. Whether youβre looking for someone that can take a deep dive into explaining the βwhysβ of doing something or someone that has the infectious energy to motivate you, youβll find all of that with Emily. I highly recommend!
