I am genuinely disappointed with how I was treated here. I’ve been to this studio multiple times and always had a good experience, which makes this situation even more surprising. I accidentally booked the wrong class time and called immediately, within the same minute, to switch to the class right after. The class had more than enough open spots(40 spots only an hour left before the class), so there was absolutely no reason to deny something so simple.

What shocked me most was the tone I was met with. For a yoga studio that advertises peace, mindfulness, and community, the response I received felt cold and condescending. I wasn’t met with understanding or compassion. I was met with someone who seemed irritated that I even asked. All I wanted was a quick switch to another class in the same day, something that would not inconvenience anyone.

Instead I was told I’d have to pay a cancellation fee over an accident that happened in seconds. Hearing them insist on charging extra money ($15 to cancel and $20 if I don’t) when the class was nowhere near full made me feel like they cared more about enforcing a fee than treating a customer with basic respect. It felt transactional, rigid, and completely opposite of everything yoga is meant to represent.

I would fully understand if I had waited days to cancel or if the class had limited space, but none of that was true. I was even told it was due to their system, though it was clear they simply didn’t want to make an exception even when it made sense. Accidents happen. I explained I would still be attending the other class, yet there was no willingness to help at all.

This whole experience made me question whether this studio genuinely prioritizes community, compassion, and mindfulness, or if those values only apply when they are convenient. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and honestly shocked that a place built on calm and kindness would treat someone this way.

After years away, I feel I have found a new home at Khali. The space and beautifully curated environment allows for a very meditative practice, but also creates a wonderful sense of community with those around you on the mat in the studio. In today’s world, having the technology free space is a welcome break from all the noise, Grateful to have this wonderful space to flow!

Coming here to say something similar to many other reviews. I’ve been coming to this studio for about 4 years and love the level of heat in the studio and hands on assists. I will say the instructors are typically amazing. However, as a small business owner and previous yoga instructor their policy unreasonable. I was 1 minute late and denied entry by the receptionist which seems to be a very common predicament for yogis here. Looking at the review responses, it doesn’t seem like Khali is willing to be flexible with this policy or consider changing it so fair warning if you’re human and attempt to attend a class especially during rush hour, I’d pick elsewhere. They also deleted their social media it seems so perhaps others were sharing their frustration? Either way, I want to continue supporting businesses who have empathy for others especially in a time where community is so important.

It’s really disheartening to know if I am 60 seconds late I will be locked out of a class as well as charged the late fee. I understand keeping a standard but we are human and can not control traffic, life and 60 seconds of rushing to something that is supposed to be soothing for the soul, body and mind. Feels like I’m clocking in for work instead.

I have been attending Khali usually 5 days a week for the past 3 months.  I must say that while some teachers seem to be genuinely kind (big thank you to those that are), there is an unwelcoming, judgy, are you in with the cool kids kind of vibe from certain teachers/volunteers. I made the place a huge part of my life and routine anyway and enjoyed what I felt I needed from it.  Biggest joy being the temperature of 102 minus or plus a few degrees so I could really sweat compared to practicing at home.  After experiencing a pattern of it being 10 degrees cooler than it should have been in the scheduled hot 102 vinyasas, I calmly and kindly asked about it and was encouraged to give my feedback in an email. This teacher agreed it should be at the temp promised and there's only so much she could personally do.  Unfortunately, days afterwards a different teacher brought the situation up in class- suggesting my opinion was inappropriate, that I needed to practice non attachment, and furthermore painted a picture of someone walking out angry (which definitely was not the case). This led me to actually walking out of class angry for my first time ever in my whole life. I could say more, but ultimately I have discontinued my membership.  I have almost ½ a month left of my current membership, but am not even comfortable to go as I know this is not what genuine accountability and kindness look like.
This is encouraging people to "speak their truth, use their voice, and take up space" only to make them difficult when they do. This is a beautiful studio under a false pretense of a safe, supportive environment.

Update to response from owner:
Thank you for your apology.... a year later. To be honest, I didn't even know if she was talking about me. However, now that I know she was talking about me, that says A LOT. It showed there was a lot of gossiping within the team. A healthy, direct, authentic, calm inquisition that was met with what looked like support turned into an attendee being angry about the temperature and needing to practice non attachment. So sad...

Overall:
I really wanted to love this studio 💔

What I loved:
The space itself is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the front desk team was warm and welcoming. The teacher led class with passion, power, and presence, and the steady reminder to breathe was woven through every flow and pose. It was lovely to be surrounded by mindful breath throughout the class.

What wasn’t for me:
While I appreciate structure, some of the studio policies felt overly restrictive. The strict no late entry policy and fee, paired with the ban on smartwatches, came across as a lack of trust in students’ ability to self-regulate. If someone chooses distraction or tardiness, they’re stealing from their own experience. If we’re always practicing in a perfectly controlled environment, how do we learn to carry that same sense of calm and focus into the unpredictability of everyday life?

The assist medallions also didn’t quite align with my practice, as they made the experience feel a bit less natural and more procedural than intuitive.

Lindsey's Hatha class on Sunday morning was perfect! I got the equivalent of a 90-minute class in a 60-minute class. I appreciated the intentional commitment to breathwork in class, as well as the pacing, intentionality, and balance of movement. We held poses for the right amount of time. Great class, great studio. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place and have always introduced people I care about to share the beauty of brings to Charlotte.

I have to say the locking doors policy 1 minute after class is not something that makes sense.

I feel unappreciated and although I 100% understand all the reasons for this due to interruptions and respect to other participants.

It’s a huge turn off. As a business owner myself I can chose to listen to what my clients are saying or I can stick to my rules and potentially cause a counterproductive effect.

It’s a choice to not listen to your people. It’s also a choice for people to be on time and not fair to them to live in a world with the ones (like me) who aren’t good with this life skill.

I cannot recommend Khali enough! It has become a very special place in my life and the community and expertise is next level. For example, I injured my back during class (100% my own fault) and the instructor, Chris, provided me with modifications to help. After class, I was worried about getting home because I rode my bike. The owner, Lindsey, was so kind and offered to give me (and my bike!) and lift home! See? Next level kindness. Thank for making my world better, Khali. It empowers me to pass on kindness in this life.

From the moment you walk in, this studio feels like a sanctuary. The wam and calming space is filled with dark wood, green life blooming throughout, the smell of palo santo, areas to rest before or after, for me it curated an immediate a feeling of calm and much needed respite from the chaos in the outside world. The instructors are not only highly trained and professional but also deeply attentive, meeting you where you are in your practice with genuine care and encouragement.

One of my favorite aspects, and #1 reason for trying Khali in the first place is the lack of mirrors and electronics-free space in the studios. No distractions, no comparison, just pure focus on the practice. Every class feels grounding, personal, and restorative.

I went there for stretching and stayed for the mental health benefits. I had Sabine, Ian, Cierra, Lindsay, Michelle, Chris, and I had a blast. John! Love you too brotha! Haha. The atmosphere was great, the venue is aesthetic, and the care was there. I love those guys. They've helped me progress so much in my life. Also, best pricing hands down. I wouldn't recommend any place else, as much as this in CLT.

Also, show up to the studio EARLY (15-20 minutes early) warm up before class begins. Do NOT show up 1 minute before class begins. Respect goes BOTH ways. If you're seriously "committed", you show up BEFORE the doors lock. I've gone 140 times in an 8 month period. And, I only missed 1 class because I forgot I had signed up. Things do happen, yes. But we have to take responsibility for the results, even if it's because of traffic. Lord knows I've been stuck in those marathon runs CLT has once a month... But, even then. I still made it before the doors locked. If you have lived in CLT for longer than a month or two, you know how to navigate through it. It shouldn't be an issue.

It's been 5 months or so since I've lived in CLT. But, I always told myself I'd leave a stellar review. Enjoy your journey, my friends. Don't talk about it, be about it. Accept yourselves... and the policies that keep the studio DOPE. lol. Anyway hope this helps someone. <3

I really loved this space and the classes! Now I am just frustrated by the lack of empathy and understanding.

The Sunday of Labor Day weekend I scheduled a 10am class. Turns out there was a runners race in Charlotte which resulted in some of the roads being closed so it took me 15 mins longer to arrive than it normally would. I walked up to the front door at 10:03 to see another guy standing there and the door was locked. Like me, he had been delayed by the closed roads.

I called the studio once I got home to explain the situation and asked politely if they would make a one time exception to the $20 no show fee given the circumstances. I even mentioned that I had never been late before to show that in general this hasn’t been a problem before. John (I am sure just doing his job) told me they don’t make exceptions and I had to pay the fee since I wasn’t on time.

I understand the value of being on time and that you don’t want people walking into class 10-15 mins late, but even doctors offices and restaurant reservations generally give you at least a 5 grace period. I respectfully ask that they review this policy and extend it just by a few minutes. Especially given how unpredictable traffic in Charlotte can be and how difficult it often is to find parking in their lot.

I was invited to yoga with a prepaid guest pass after an incredibly challenging day. There was no parking available and it took us a few minutes to find a spot on the block. When we arrived for the 7:30 class at 7:31, the door was locked. A worker cracked the door open to let us know that we would not be allowed in and informed us of a ‘no show’ charge. I’ve never heard of this strict of a policy at any studio or business. This feels beyond reasonable. I am so disappointed and hurt by our refusal of service. I sincerely hope that this policy is reviewed, otherwise I do not recommend this studio. I feel this does not reflect a nature of inclusivity or accessibility.

Immediately felt a sense of acceptance and empowerment walking into Khali. I’ve recommended it to anyone who will listen and try to go AT LEAST 3 times a week. Really a great reset for your brain and with it being no technology, it’s a great way to pour into your body without obsessing over every calorie.

Edited to add: All the negative reviews about the cancellation policy are very childish. It’s giving privileged. The cancellation policy is very clearly stated from the moment you sign up. Yes I’ve had to pay a cancellation fee for something that was out of my control. Welcome to life???

I’ve been a member of this yoga studio for the past two years and have always valued the quality of the classes, the instructors, and the sense of community it fosters. It’s been a space where I could focus on my well-being—something that has become even more meaningful recently as I adjust to life as a new mom.

That’s why I was so disheartened by a recent experience. I was charged a $20 no-show fee for a class I was 3 min late to due to a traffic accident that happened in front of me on my way to class. I had signed up for the class once I was en route and knew I was going to be early…had it not been for the accident. Ironically, had I not signed up in advance, I wouldn’t have been charged at all—but registering felt like the right thing to do. It was my way of committing to the practice and supporting the studio community.

What’s most upsetting is the lack of member focus and human understanding in how this policy was enforced.

I was told that “accepting the penalty fee is another form of yoga” which is completely delusional. Who wouldn’t be disheartened about incurring an $20 fee for signing up at 9:17, hitting a traffic accident (no fault of mine) and arriving at 9:33 to a Wednesday morning class that had 30+ available spaces? I had an 6 wk old baby at home and was using my first babysitter postpartum to go to a Khali class (high compliments to how much I valued the studio!).

I would have hoped for a bit more understanding and flexibility from a space centered around mindfulness and compassion. Instead, the rigid response felt transactional and dismissive. This experience left me questioning whether this is truly a community-centered space, or a business prioritizing rules and profit over people.

Ultimately this experience lost the studio 2 members plus my future recommendation to Charlotte locals and visitors. Not a good business or community building practice.

NEW Edit for protection of community at large and in hopes of fostering leadership accountability at the depth this kind of space should have in place to protect its community members, in light of a recent revealing conversation with the studio:

Like others who have reviewed this studio, I found it to be beautiful on the surface — visually inviting, with powerful programming and teachers who speak the language of healing, presence, and belonging. That was the promise that drew me in. I invested many months of my life here, thousands of dollars, and completed the full 200-hour teacher training. I opened my heart to the community, shared deeply, and trusted that the space lived by the values it proclaimed.

But in the end, I was abruptly removed from the community — just days after completing the training — following 2 private conversations in which I shared vulnerable personal feelings with the owners, as the studio regularly encourages students to do. The intention behind my share, as I made very clear, was to be brave in honesty and clear karma. What I shared involved no threat, no inappropriate behavior, and no policy violation. But when sharing with the female owner, that moment of honesty was reframed, exaggerated, and used to justify a sudden expulsion from a space I had grown to love. I was not given an opportunity to clarify or repair, and the removal was done without a formal process, conversation, or care for the emotional harm it caused.

The impact on me has been profound. To be excluded from a place that taught compassion, trust, and community, because I trusted it — is something I’m still processing. And based on other reviews, I now see this may not be an isolated experience.

I share this not out of spite but in the hope that others will be more discerning. I wish I had recognized the red flags earlier: that questioning was discouraged, that there was no clear grievance process, and that the leadership dynamic made healthy disagreement or boundary-setting feel unsafe.

There were many good people in this space. And I believe the original intentions may have been sincere. But in my experience, the way the leadership handled a difficult moment failed to honor the core yogic values of truth, compassion, and non-harming.

If you’re just looking for classes, the space may work for you. But if you’re seeking a deeper spiritual community, I would encourage you to ask questions, notice how leadership responds, and protect your own emotional safety.

Previously I stated (And I still feel this way):

Edit for positive reframing:
I don’t know why more people don’t mention Chris in these reviews, he’s incredibly gifted as a yoga instructor and spiritual leader. I found his classes to be akin to sermons, not to put any pressure on him, but his classes were particularly resonant to me in my 20 years of practice. Quite an eye opening adventure to be under his guidance overall, and to experience the programming of the quests - world class! I mean, INCREDIBLE. I’ve enjoyed it immensely and seen all kinds of improvements physically and spiritually. 👌

A reality in which everyone is happy is possible. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. ☀️✨💫

As a mom and entrepreneur, I understand how it is to get negative reviews. I’ve been sitting on if I should or shouldn’t review bc I know what it can do. I see a ton of 5 stars so good for them, but I still feel I am inclined to hit submit bc I keep thinking about it and relate to so many of the others saying the same thing. I’m also reviewing for my 2 friends who do not want to review. Here we go.

I took classes from Lindsey and Ian at yoga one back in the day. A time when, if you were late, you’d be welcomed with ‘the important part is that you’re here.’ I’ve been to khali a few times since becoming a mom in 2020, and it was quite a drive for me from where I live now but the nearest hot yoga practice. So I thought it was worth it since hot yoga is my fave! I love Ian’s classes and always have, but have felt the odd vibes others talk about in reviews. I would brush it off as I’m old now and really can’t care. However when a good friend told me they shut her out twice recently for being 5 min late I was like ‘no way!’ She was so upset bc they changed the policy and she wasn’t aware. She’s a mom trying to drop off her kids to get there for some down time before a hectic work schedule. I was upset for her!

Alas, I got a 10 class pass for my bday in May and I made the first class at 630 am!! Whoo! Barely, though, and I left so early! I decided to get the $33 unlimited yoga thing to take a friend and not use my passes the next week. We left an hour in advance. Still, we got there at 830, the class time, but once at the door it was just turning 832 and we were turned away. I thought my friend said 5 min! But they do say it in their policy after as i read it after we were barred. I just could NOT believe it. They also said I couldn’t have my guest pass back :(. I was so sad and felt like my whole day was thrown off honestly. I get not letting us in due to the policy I didn’t see and can’t argue with but take the guest to pass? Dang, we couldn’t even try again unless spending extra money we do not have. So, the next day—- here’s the kicker! I was still going to try again even after being sad, but accidentally clicked the 12 pm class before going on my lunch break vs the 430 class! Once on my lunch break I saw my email and it said I signed up for 12! I called the front desk immediately because it said id be charged $15 if I canceled. No on answered. I wanted to figure this out before scheduling the 430 class bc I truly think if I was going to be charged for this I’d be so upset I could not support the studios tactics. Sure enough, I was told in an email, not call back ‘we thank you for your efforts but we charge a 20!!! Fee for not showing up.’ So the price went to $20 because I waited on a response in helping me fix the online item I booked? Def did not book another session. Won’t do it for the sake of principles. I def understand business policies but this is a bit militant and doesn’t treat everyone as individuals / with grace. I don’t find that it aligns to yoga principles for a public space. Also, I feel a 5 min late grace period is understandable but 1? Oh, dear. In charlotte? Also, if someone makes a mistake and tried to call to rectify it and attend another class before they even missed the class, I just can’t comprehend how someone wouldn’t help me out to resolve that issue. They got $53 out of me and a guest pass, so a value of $73 without showing up to any of it :/. I still have 9 classes if anyone would like to buy them from me :) moral of the story— if this studio is not right for you, find one that is. Kat harmon at cabarrus brewing offers hot yoga outdoors for $10 on Wednesdays! All welcome any time. Same for Amber Nedoff at High Branch on Thursdays— you’ll get a drink and yoga for $10 there! I find it important to share here due to not being heard by staff. I see the staff responses in other reviews about making it a ‘sacred container.’ I guess? I don’t know.

Hopefully I’ll be heard in some way here. Take care of yourselves 💕

It's the energy and kindness of the instructors, the natural light from the garage doors (whether open for an indoor/outdoor yin or closed on a rainy day), the hands-on assists (optional if you want them!), the studio mascot (Cashew the labradoodle) and the completely judgement free zone to practice. In other studios I have often found myself watching others and comparing myself but at Khali I am able to set the expectations aside and be grateful to be in the flow with yogis of all levels.

LOVE this yoga sanctuary! Unfortunately I don't go regularly because it's somewhat far from my house. But I absolutely love the indoor/outdoor yoga on Saturday & Sunday mornings! Love to commune with nature . . . no music so we can hear the outdoor sounds & watch the squirrels run up & down the trees! Ian & Ciara give a great slow flow class! I like that instructors give breakdowns of some poses to ensure we have proper alignment, which I appreciate. Highly recommend Khali Yoga!

BEAUTIFUL studio, a true oasis!
The indoor/outdoor option is very unique, listening to the birds in savasana is a treat and the best kind of tweet! Very relaxing, you could easily imagine being anywhere in the world, Costa Rica anyone?
Chris led the perfect combo slow flow class, powerful yet gentle, his prompts were well timed.
Added treat is a quiet “helper” offering hands on assistance, softly deepening you in the pose.
The space is clean and neat, mats, lockers & showers available.
The high ceilings and huge plants enhance the already well appointed space.
Thank you Chris for creating such a welcoming and wonderful environment!

I enjoy this studio but the policy is extreme. I literally walked to the door at 431 as it just turned to 431 due to lack of parking and traffic. Beautiful studio and nice infrared heating (not a fan of forced air studios). Welcoming staff. Hot vinyasa instruction was a good fast-paced workout, but not necessarily in a consistent cadence (like a metronome) so be aware of changeups in the flow if you're used to something more constant.

I have mixed feelings about this studio. Cancelation and late policies are EXTREME and I think that if you are not able to understand different circumstances and work with the paying customer then this is not a 5 star place. My day was already all over the place, we usually leave with enough time to find a good spot (since classes are usually full) however, my dog was sick so that put us a little behind for class. On our way (literally 5 min prior arriving) my husband gets a work phone call; of course he answers it’s what pays our mortgage and the yoga classes. We get to the studio around 2 min before class, park, and I go in because I already read the policy so… I checked in and attempted to explain our situation. My husband got to the door at 06:01pm and the door was locked. All we got was a “sorry, you are late” and some giggles from the staff at the desk. I went to class by myself because if I didn’t, I would loose my money. It was definitely not fun to take a class, that is supposed to be about relaxing and meditating, with my husband on my mind waiting for me in the car. I understand policies, I do… but can we agree that things happen? It’s inevitable!

I recently moved to Charlotte from St. Petersburg, FL, and was worried about finding a yoga studio to replace the one I'd been happily practicing at for a decade. I'm so incredibly grateful to have found Khali Yoga! It's remarkably similar to my beloved studio back home. Khali emphasizes the practice of yoga, creating a truly welcoming and supportive environment – definitely not a boot camp! Loved doing a workshop here and meditation..I came tonight for my first drop in class since I regularly practice yoga elsewhere. I really needed yoga tonight, I was looking forward to it. I had a babysitter for my daughter lined up. When I got there, I couldnt find parking. I went it the door and it was locked. I saw a sign that says it locks after the class time. I was one minute late and this was my first drop in. It seems a bit much. What a waste of a night! As a single mom, my nights out are rare and my time is extremely valuable. They said that I would get a refund but so far I haven't been refunded for my $22 drop in.
Not sure what type of culture you're trying to create. It's not like this is college and we are missing credits for class, this isn't work, this is in fact the opposite. This isn't even a strict style of yoga like ashtanga which I regularly practice and who also has a strict policy.
Putting a lock on the door feels more like a measure of control rather than an embodying community which yoga ultimately is supposed to create.

I have never been so immediately captivated by a yoga studio: the ambience, the community, the practice. You are walking into a place where you know you are welcomed in your true form and are only expected to show up as you can. I wasn't sure of what to expect from a music-free studio, given how many practices do utilize music. However, I found it made me one with my practice AND with the people around me -- feeding off their energy and breath. I love Khali yoga center. It’s one of the cleanest studios I have visited for hot yoga in CLT and I really appreciate not having to walk through sweat on the floor from a previous class. They also have the most gorgeous courtyard for outdoor practice and that is unique to the area. There is at least one teacher that I recognize from my beloved Yoga One. I also really enjoyed my class with the owner, Lindsey. Just the right amount of mind / body. Also, this studio has plenty of amenities to make it comfortable which I appreciate.

I don’t even know where to begin with my review. This is my 100% my happy place. The environment is so welcoming, diverse and uplifting. The yoga classes and instructors are consistent but not routine enough to get bored. I feel safe and cared for anytime I walk into Khali. I love that the yoga space is a technology free zone, it allows me to fully live in the moment. The instructors encourage you to show up as the best version of yourself and push you to give full effort. There are different ceremonies, events and meditations offered in addition to vinyasa and deep stretch. Bring your own mat & towel as there is a charge if you need to rent either item. I am thankful and grateful this place exists. Lots of love and thank you for being a safe space. ❤️ (ps I have taken over 100 classes here)

Very new to yoga and khali but i have felt so welcomed every session & so accepted by the family that works there. I am just now dabbling into every instructor & getting to know all the different classes. Chris and Lindsey's have really stood out to me though. They both always find a way to say what i need to hear at the right moment & ive been applying what they teach in class into my life. Beautiful facility, beautiful people. 10/10 recommend. I just did a deep stretch with sabine tonight that was amazing & experienced my first class with ian this evening that definitely helped me grow.

I went to Khali having no experience in yoga at all. Every instructor I have taken has been extremely engaging, friendly, and helpful. The relaxing and accepting environment has pushed me to keep coming back as well as the amazing people who work there and help you get better each class!

Such a beautiful studio!! I was lucky enough to practice at Khali Yoga Center on a recent trip to Charlotte. Lindsey was kind and welcoming, and led an amazing indoor/outdoor class!! The studio was clean, peaceful, and inviting. I’ve practiced yoga for many years and this was one of my favorite studios. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. If you’re in town (or visiting!), a class at Khali is a must-do! Also, meeting Cashew the dog was an added a bonus :)

Khali Yoga is the most beautiful and eccentric yoga studio in Charlotte, NC. It’s always extremely popular with a very diverse class and teachers. They offer everything from very easy flow to hot intense classes, and everyone is so incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Highly enjoy this yoga studio!

I’m incredibly thankful I found Khali yoga. I was in a bad place a few months ago and wanted to try something new. This has been so helpful getting me back into a positive, healthy mindset. I am new to yoga and everyone was extremely welcoming. I would recommend to anyone whether a beginner or advanced. I always look forward to going!

This was my first indoor/outdoor class at Khali, and WOW! The outdoor space
Is the most peaceful and zen, with lovely plants, birds chirping, and tree canopy. The vinyasa flow with Ian was just what I needed after a long day. Can't wait to return many more times this summer !

I did their new student trial and very quickly knew I'd be sticking around! It has such a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere and all the instructors I've had have been very nice. I've had Irene frequently and I love her energy.

This is the first time I attend a larger scale yoga studio so I don't know if it's typical to have it so packed on some evening classes, but we're really squished in there like a pack of sardines 🤣 I would accidentally touch my neighbors just trying to follow along and it really distracted me and made it more awkward & uncomfortable for me, personally. Luckily I live very close by and can get classes in during the day which are way less packed and, therefore, much more peaceful for my practice. These are my favorite classes and the ones where I think Khali really shines.

Hot vinyasa yoga, taught by the best instructors in Charlotte. Lindsey, Chris, Ian, Irene, Ciera and all the other staff are wonderful people. Friendly and accessible to even a beginner this place really shines by pushing you to do more. That being said the reason I'm writing this is the full moon meditation sessions held monthly. It's hard to describe the magical experience I've had during these. Chris and Irene perfectly craft a session that I can fully express myself. I find myself holding on to every second not wanting it to end. Join! For the workout, the sweat, the community, the freedom of expression and the absolute joy you will feel at the end of every session.

What a lovely place to practice. Very pretty studio, delightful instructors, and nice option of classes. All classes happen in a warmed space, some are hot classes. I appreciate the technology free space but y'all don't forget to silence your phones so we can't hear them in class 😉

You'll pay a bit more to practice here on some of the pricing options, but it's to help the staff have a more secure income.
