I don't ususlly do reviews on places, but I think this place deserves it. I have only been going here for a few weeks, but I still really enjoy it. I usually go early in the morning so I can't really say too much about the staff aside from the one person that I spoke with over the phone before signing up was very nice. However the staff and the people must be pretty good and clean cause the place is always in great shape. Sadly there are some people that don't clean up after thereself or rerack there weights, but to be honest you won't find a place where everyone does. This is probably one of the best gyms I've been to, and the fact that it's locally owned just makes it that much better. At first glance you might think it's a bit small, but they have everything you need and from the reviews they're always looking for ways to improve to make them even better. Also during staffed hours they even have smoothies food and even merch for you to purchase. There prices are reasonable, so if you're ever in the area or if you're looking for a great gym to join I highly recommend giving it a try.

The gym itself is a 10/10 I’d give it 5 stars alone however i notice that people complain too much like about music being too loud or having curse words this a GYM not a library when I first came to the gym I could hear the music out in the parking lot and people would be in the gym busting their tails now it’s so quiet and cold anyway the gym is beautiful and probably the best gym I’ve been to

As a previous gym owner and gym enthusiast, legit fitness in Hudson is one of the best equipped and cleanest gyms in the area!! As a top national level bodybuilder to people trying to lose weight or stay in shape, legit has everything you could possible need to make a transformation in a great environment. While I enjoy working out at the gym and agree that it's very clean and the staff is friendly, something could be done about the music that is played there. A lot of the music contains curse words and I think that's very inappropriate in a business place.

I was traveling this week and drove by this gym got my work done for the day and decided to go get a small work out in so I stopped by to see it they would let me without a membership and wow what a gym. The equipment is top notch and plenty of it. The cleanest gym i have ever been in and that's a lot. Staff were very nice. If I lived in this area it would be my gym. Can't wait to go back. Just went to this gym for the first time (I’m visiting from Boone) and I couldn’t be more impressed! First, they told me I get a 3 day pass for free, since it was my first time there. The equipment is very clean and from what I can tell, you can get a great pump here no matter what kind of training you want to do. They also have protein smoothies! I will def be returning every time I’m in town!

Good gym, has mostly all arsenal equipment which is a pro and con some of it is great some isn't. Other then that wasn't very busy day pass was cheap (7$) and they had nice amenities with tanning for members. Staff wasn't very friendly and posing room was super lack luster if you are in hickory it's a fine option but not the best.

Payton/Payten and I believe Jenna were so helpful and truly made even just signing up a wonderful experience this gym has nice people, new equipment, and a wonderful atmosphere. If you are thinking about coming stop thinking about it and go and have a look! They offer classes and have wonderful extras like their progress rooms. We are coming from another town just to be able to have this level of professionalism and equipment.

Out of all the gyms that I have been to THIS IS THE BEST GYM BY FAR THERE IS NO COMPARISON!!! I travel 30 minutes just to come to this gym. The equipment is TOP NOTCH, there is so many options to pick from and the staff is always answering any questions I have about the machines that I haven’t used. The cleanliness of the gym is immaculate. There has not been one day out of 4 months that I have been going there that it has not looked stellar. The energy when you come in has been one of the main reasons why I have stayed. I don’t feel apart from and the staff always makes you feel welcomed. If you haven’t already checked it out I would highly advise you to. Anytime anyone asks me about where I go I always rave about Legit fitness. A BIG MASSIVE THANK YOU to the owners and the staff at legit you guys are amazing!! You’ve made fitness fun for me again and I’m extremely appreciative.

Went as a guest to see if I'd want to join but just feels like an expensive planet fitness. People aren't wiping their equipment down or reracking their weight and there were small children in there with bags of toys playing on the floor lmao this isn't a daycare. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen

Edit to the owner's poor response:
I was not in there for 3 minutes I was in there for 2 hours. I know people that attend regularly and those kids have been there weekly. They are pushing toy trucks around and getting in the way. There are gyms that offer daycare. But if this is the type of "gym" you want to run all the power to you. Additionally, someone else's choice to have a child when they can't afford daycare is not my issue. I shouldn't be inconvenienced by someone else's poor planning.

I’ve been on my health and wellness journey since age 18, been to many gyms since I’m now 54. Visited NC for Thanksgiving with my husband, who is also a meathead/gym rat. The second we walked through the door we were greeted with incredibly warm, friendly smiles, and a hello there. How are you today? How may I help you from owner Angela and her stepdaughter. we inquired about a one week pass and we were shocked to find it was only $20 a piece. The gym was spotless, well lit, great music, playing in the background the most incredibly smooth, well-made equipment I have ever used. I am very serious when I say this. Angela was super helpful and did demonstrations of the newer equipment that I was unfamiliar with. We shared war stories on our similar injuries, and she gave me hope that I could bring myself back to a state of wellness. I just have to be my own health advocate as I’ve always known. Women’s locker room was spacious had a complementary hairdryer, had beautifully clean showers and spacious lockers for me to store my gear. When I tell you this, gym is first class it truly is a first class gym the cool thing about it is they had a bunch of clothing available for purchase that fit true to size, they had an incredible selection at their smoothie bar and also the option of incredibly healthy food prepped meals. Did I mention that this gym is 24 seven? There’s literally no excuse to get in the best shape of your life, body mind and spirit , I only wish they would come to Cape Coral Florida and open up a gym here. I would literally quit my job to be part of that lol! Had the pleasure of meeting other owner, Rodger, Angela’s husband. Incredibly authentic and personable! Great team just trying to make the world a healthier and happier place. Ten stars!

What an amazing gym!! The gym can be intimidating at times but at Legit Fitness it’s been a breeze. There is zero judgment and they hold true to it. The staff are amazing and the owners put so much effort in making sure they are providing the best equipment and experience for everyone. They keep the gym spotless and are always wiping down equipment and the staff are extremely helpful if you have any questions. The classes will kick your behind lol (Dana and Leah are awesome). I’m so glad I signed up here. Plus they have a trial where you can try them out and see why you should join Legit Fitness. Do it you won’t regret it.

The equipment is plentiful and of high quality. The interior is kept clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was only in town for a short time and they set me up with the membership that was best for my situation. When I had to leave sooner than I was expecting, they canceled my membership with zero hassle. There was no cancelation fee nor any additional monthly billing beyond what I had registered for.

I will 100% re-join if I'm ever back in the area.

Overall the gym is nice and the staff is helpful. However, beware of a $84 cancelation fee that they only make you aware of verbally when you sign up. I originally signed up when they first opened, and I was not made aware of the "policy." I would not recommend this gym if you are a going to college soon or you do not feel you will stay committed for 5 years. You can freeze your account, but they can still be fickle when it comes to how long and if it will truly freeze.The overall feel of the gym is okay but there are a few annoying teenage boys that don't clean the machines and several guys that take over 5 machines at once (but this can happen anywhere).

If you are questioning whether or not to get a membership at Legit Fitness.. DON’T! Definitely get the membership.
This gym is immaculate, throughly cleaned daily and has the newest an best equipment. It’s perfectly suited for everyone no matter the level of fitness you are, you will feel completely comfortable here. They also offer shakes, meals and classes! Legit fitness is LEGIT and truly the best gym in the area!!

Great equipment, great staff, music a little loud for my taste. I have noticed that music is loader when I go after work but not as load during the day. They will fix whatever they can if you let them know. Love the smoothie bar.

Legit Fitness is a high-quality gym with quality value. The equipment is up to date, and high-quality; The facilities are cleaned thoroughly every day; Shakes and meals are available (among other items), and the staff is professional and friendly.

Additionally, there is a wide range and quantity of equipment.

Finally, the owners PAY ATTENTION. If there is an issue (such as parking) the owners resolve the issue quickly amd effectively.

Having spent some time working at the collegiate level of strength and conditioning, also in the commercial fitness industry. I have to say this is as nice of a facility as many college level sport performance centers. It’s hard to call it a gym when the standard is this high. As I said having been in and seen other performance centers at the college level this stacks up to many and passes most. On top of the facility itself you have outstanding people running it with a passion for fitness and community. The staff and owners meet the same standard of the facility which is excellent. If you’re looking for a place to call home for fitness, I couldn’t think of a better place or better people to share it with.

Recently I got off work late in the day per usual and had some issues scanning into the gym. I reached out to them completely expecting to not get a response until Monday when they're staffed again because let's be honest, nobody loves working on a day off. Not only did I get a super fast response but they took the time to adjust what they needed to for me to get a lift in last night. You won't find a nicer gym full of people who genuinely care about their clients and work as hard as they do. If you aren't going to Legit, you're at the wrong gym.
