Dre runs his business with efficiency & reliability. He remains solid with scheduling, checking in on your progress, and provides the accountability to stay consistent week after week.
He's highly skilled at what he does and how he crafts the training sessions for optimal results. Even when my arms feel like jello, I have to trust there is a method to the madness lol
I appreciate his encouragement to go harder even when I complain & want to give up. I can tell his approach is flexible with all his clients depending on what they may need to succeed; challenging us, while also honoring our limits.
Fitness training is inherently vulnerable, especially as a female, yet Dre always remains professional and makes me feel respected & comfortable in an environment that could feel intimidating, which has been refreshing to experience.

Had the pleasure of having Drae as a trainer, and I must say I felt amazing afterwards. You get a scan, stretch, and a thorough full body workout. Not only that but he's super respectful, patient, and motivating. I love that he offers workout plans and meal plans catered to individual body types and goals. At the time my knee was having issues and he offered great exercises/stretches that assisted with the pain and left my knee feeling better.
Highly recommend checking him out! Can't wait for my next session!

I’ve been working with Dre for 2 months and am super happy with the results so far. Dre was - and is - exactly what I need after almost 5 years without a trainer. I'm noticeably stronger already after just a couple months, and I'm as motivated as I've ever been to keep it going. Dre's workouts will get you going, and you won't want to stop. Dre also took note of my list of previous injuries and weaknesses, and he has helped addressed those weaknesses while respecting the injuries, which has led to me feeling stronger every day. I love martial arts. I practice two different types of martial arts regularly. Over the years, I have experienced several injuries, including a meniscus tear and soft tissue impingement on my shoulder. My physician recommended weight training to strengthen my joints, reduce the risk of injury, and improve my performance on the mat. The only problem is I HATE going to the gym to work out. I tried to force myself to work out and achieved very little. Finally, I decided to invest in myself so I could enjoy my passion for years to come. I searched high and low and found Lifting Dreams online via Google. During our consultation, I told him my goal was to get stronger and to do a pull-up from a complete hang without assistance. He told me that I should be able to achieve that goal in over a month. I was skeptical because, historically, I have struggled with my upper body strength and have never completed the pull-up test.
Dre's fitness program has increased my overall strength, stabilized my joints, and improved my range of motion and speed. During martial arts practice, I feel less strain on my knees and shoulders and more comfort completing movements. Additionally, my body fat dropped several percentage points, and I can perform multiple chin-ups less than six weeks after beginning his program.
Dre's program helped me achieve my goals quickly. With Dre, I am held accountable for showing up and doing my best. He pushes me to increase the weight and reps when the load is too easy and provides critical feedback on my form so I am safe and effectively working the targeted muscle groups. Without him, I would not show up to the gym or push myself when it's time to increase the weight and reps. I highly recommend his services to people of all physical fitness levels and abilities. He is very knowledgeable, flexible, punctual, and conscientious. Book a consultation immediately if you are looking for improvements in your physical fitness and overall health. As a wheelchair athlete I had specific goals i was trying to accomplish. He designed our sessions so that I can be successful in the events I was preparing for. I gain a lot of knowledge to make my training a whole lot better even outside of our sessions. My goals were met and golds were won.

If you ever need a personal trainer i personally recommend Dre ! He always makes sure you are comfortable and always is in a positive attitude! Highly recommended service. Group class was fun, but the one on one training session was really a beast. Definitely felt the burn afterwards, but I felt great. Great trainer who listens and caters to clients specific needs. I’d suggest checking out the meal prep plans as well for maximum results.

Dre is the man! He has great knowledge about not just the exercises, but also how to regulate them to suit you and your goals.
He pays attention to your level, and keeps pushing you incrementally toward your goals. I wish I’d met him earlier. I can’t wait to see my results in a few months.

My Experience so far with Lifting Dreams LLC, has been satisfactory. Dre communicates very well, and makes sure you’re feeling good about your work out. He’ll create a workout plan and keep track of your progress so you know where you started and how much better you’re doing. My favorite part about him as a Trainer is when you can’t do something well he’ll take the time to accommodate it just for you, so you can still complete a similar exercise. He always cheers you on to give you that support you need and reassuring you that you’re doing a good job!
