I’m not quite sure why this nice looking fitness center is being advertised. As far as I know it has never been open. I moved here Feb 2022 and it’s still not open here in Oct. Periodically I’ve asked the staff when it will be, and ever time I get a new estimate. It’s disappointing and a little irritating to be paying for an amenity that’s not available.

The fitness center would be good if it was open, but it has been closed for a year. Part of rent goes towards amenities - still paying the same rent but no fitness center or pool. Even though many other fitness centers and pools have been open for quite some time.
