He is an amazing trainer! Kind, patient, professional and his gym is well equipped and clean. I can’t recommend Jonathan enough as a personal trainer. Not only did he help me get back on track with my fitness journey, but he also helped to adjust exercises to accommodate my preexisting injuries. Jonathan’s approach was professional and thoughtful—he never pushed me beyond what I could handle and always made sure I was comfortable with every exercise. I was very impressed with Johnathan and his professionalism. He made sure we did work outs safely and with correct form. He wasn't pushy and met me where I was in my ability. Don't get me wrong he will push you but without being pushy. Lol. Prompt and courteous with great communication. I highly recommend. I have had a great experience with Jonathan at his personal training studio. He listens to my goals and then designs a plan that incorporates things I like to do to help me reach my goals. He absolutely will kick your tail when needed, but he always tries to ensure an enjoyable workout and always listens and modifies as needed if you are like me and sometimes the aches and pains of aging can interfere from time to time. Great guy and I honestly feel stronger than ever in my mid-40s. Highly Recommend!

Jonathan is amazing! He is so personable, and does everything he can to encourage you in the best way. He has all of the right equipment available to use and since it’s 1:1, you don’t have to worry about someone else using it. He showed me exercises I’ve never seen or thought I’d like. He encouraged me to try boxing and I LOVE IT! He gives at home workouts if needed and is very flexible with making time for you. He is always positive and makes me want to go workout! An excellent and highly recommended experience if you seek a personal trainer. Johnathan has been great since day one, absolutely no complaints. On your first visit he assesses your physical condition, goals, and any potential limitations and then puts together a workout program designed specifically for you. As you progress Jonathan changes the workouts to increase difficulty, so no time is wasted. Really easy to work with and schedule around.

I have been working out with Johnathon for 6 months now, and it has been fantastic!

A friend recommended me try this place after I had been working out with some friends and I wanted something more consistent. I wanted a place that I could go regularly and also learn proper form and how to avoid injury.
This place has been great! I have learned proper form and the workouts are all tailored to what you specifically are looking to achieve. Even If you do not know your goals, as long as you have a general idea of what you are looking for Johnathon will work work with you in creating a routine that is effective. It's not always easy but I give it my all and It has definitely paid off.
Johnathon will work with your schedule and will try to get you near a time that works best for you. I have always been thankful for that, especially recently with a big change in my work schedule.

I definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a great personal trainer who will not just show you proper form and guide you on how best to avoid injury, but will also coach you in other methods like your diet and additional tools that can benefit your overall workout and help you achieve your goals!

Jonathan is one of the greatest people to go work out with. He takes his time in teaches you about every exercise that you're gonna do. He makes you feel very comfortable and confident and checks up on you every day. I recommend him highly because hes helped myself and my daughter with our eating habits and our motivation.
