As a member of the Lionsgate Athletic Club you get access to the pool. Try bringing a guest to the pool and it’s $20 per visit. Kinda scummy.

We had our child’s chicken nuggets in a ceramic container and was told we couldn’t bring it in because of risk the glass would break(that’s fine) the nice girl behind the counter asked another employee if they could give us a plastic cup to put the nuggets in, the other employee said “no that’s for the concession stand customers”. So we had to put the nuggets in a grocery bag… you couldn’t give us a .2¢ cup after we pay a monthly membership fee?

The staff quality depends on who's working but mostly decent. HOWEVER, Christina Walker is the worst possible person to have over an HOA. As a new homeowner, I was so excited to have the amenities provided! But dealing with Ms. Walker has been an absolute nightmare. She literally threatened foreclosure over a clerical error on HER END that amounted to a whopping $2. She also told me to refer my complaint about a neighbor parking in front of my house to the POLICE DEPT! I called them and the police officer that arrived knew her by name and knew that she was inadequate at best. I was so embarrassed to have wasted city/town resources on something she is paid to resolve. I love my house and the amenities are convenient however I have learned the hard way to NEVER EVERY buy a house with an HOA again. What a PAIN!!!

Update: Smith machine fixed as are all the pads for the various machines.
Staff is still e cells t, and I bring my own ice water. I GA e up on the fountain.
Overall, much better maintained.

Nice staff, and pool. Gym is ok, but it takes forever to fix anything. Example - the Smith machine had a stuck glide. It would stick as the bar was moved, which made it unusable. This went on for 2 years!!!
The water fountain does not chill, and has been that way for over a month. Multiple people have complained, yet nothing has been done.

I have been on automatic cc payment since signing up. Received a letter threatening legal action over 2 months of non payment.

Called the "collection specialist" C.W. listed on the letter. Who could not be bothered to answer the phone professionally.

I asked him why they couldn't just let me know my automatic payment had stopped, and instead had to send a letter threatening legal action.

he then proceeded to make up dates and times that I was called/emailed. in checking my inbox and call log there were never any communicaitons received.

no emails sent, no voicemails left. I called him out as I checked my call log to the date/time he said he notified me and there was nothing there. Also confirmed no emails while on phone.

When I told him he was making up dates and this would have been much easier had he just done his job and notified me of a missed payment he hung up on me.

Call to the center asking for a manager, there is no one available to speak to and the front desk unwilling to give out anyones phone #.

BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

Arrived at my normal 5: 30 workout time, and the lights were off. Waited around until 6:05, no one ever showed up. I received no email stating that they were going to be closed and there was no sign on the door indicating that they were not opening at normal time.

Love the pool area especially the tall slide & the kids area. The negatives is the frequent annoying breaks & the lifeguards claimed to have heard thunder that no one else heard which caused & unnecessary 1 hour delay. The kids area I wish the water didn't come down on kids as they go up the stairs or atleast came down not so hard because it scares alot of kids. Adults can't help them up the stairs since you aren't allowed up there. The lazy river is ok a bit slower than I like & no kids unless they can swim can join you even though it's only 3ft. The tall slide is fun just wish you landed in atleast 4ft or deeper instead of 3ft because I hit the bottom every time. The main pool area is nice & like that kids can enjoy a large amount of the pool before it goes to 5ft. The sitting areas are full of yellow jackets so be careful especially if you're allergic. Overall nice pool just hate the frequent breaks.

Gym hours depends on who is working the front desk. Weights are always in disarray and not returned to right spot. Not enough weight benches as one has been in repair for a year and still sits in the corner with no actual bench frame pads on it.

If i could give a NEGATIVE 1 I WOULD! I am new to the community(Parkview)w. I was told during move in that I’ll have access to Riverwood pool & gym, and Lionsgate as long as I show leasing from Parkview. We went to Riverwood pool, I gave him my name, and he told me to enjoy! For my birthday I wanted To switch it up and go to Lionsgate which is closer to my house. I had On my bathing suit, birthday crown and sash, and there was a Caucasian girl with highly gel spiky hair, and black framed glasses, and kind of heavy set. Firstly, I was stared DOWN as if I did Not belong! Secondly, she looked me RIGHT in my face and did not speak, I had to speak first, Thirdly, she had a grand old time letting me know I couldn't Get in the pool (Smirking while telling me) until I do paperwork and she made it clear the paperwork takes a long time. Maybe it’s just MY southern hospitality but it was clearly my birthday, as I’m standing with my little niece and sister, and AS FOR ME, I would've told the guest to show me proof i stay at parkview, give them the paperwork need for membership, and then let them know they can get in THIS TIME but next time the paperwork packet needs to be filled upon arrival for membership. It was literally only 45 minutes before closing, and she looked at me with a smirk and said “Yup, can’t letcha in, and even still they would need to pay too.” This was NOT OK to do to someone on their first day, and on their birthday! I went to Riverwood, he told me Happy Birthday and he’s sorry that happened to me. One BAD SEED here ruined for me and I’ll NEVER GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! The money is nothing, but her NASTY ATTITUDE WAS EVERYTHING!

Pool temperature is perfect. Less crowded mid week and after 4pm on weekends. Lifeguards also do a nice job monitoring all areas. Lazy River tends to be full.
