Brit and Lu are absolutely incredible. Not only are they excellent trainers, but they are also genuinely caring people who prioritize their clients. They will work with you, meet you where you are, and motivate you every step of the way. They are very professional, highly experienced, and make sure you are performing the workouts correctly… something that can be hard to get in group classes. They will do their best to work with you and meet your needs.

A team that truly cares in kicking you back into shape! And if you are already in shape, they will keep you on your toes. This place definitely gives the feeling of an extension of home, because everyone truly wants the best for you. Also it feels like you are in a gym with friends; the best music in the background for your 45 to 50 minute session. Consistency is key!!! Enjoy!!!

I can’t believe how quickly I’ve grown to enjoy this gym and the classes. I was hesitant to get started after being away from this type of training for years and being away from exercise (outside of riding a bike or running) for 9+ months after our recent child was born but Lu and Britt are excellent at meeting you where you’re at in your fitness journey and helping build you up from there. The classes are engaging, energetic, and fun but tough! I haven’t met a single person who isn’t over the moon excited about you working out with them. It’s the most “fun” hour of my day. I would recommend this to anybody who just wants to show up and get a good sweat in before going back to their daily life. Ps - bring a water bottle and hand towel!

Love this gym! If you’re looking for an effective workout, community feeling, positive trainers that know you on a first name basis and care about proper form for workouts, then check this place out.

I’ve only been going here for ~2 weeks and am already seeing significant results. I like that every day is a new HIIT workout and doesn’t feel repetitive with the variety of exercises.
Mostly, the trainers Lu and Britt are the nicest people and really bring positive energy to every workout!
I drive across the city for this place and it’s worth it.

I’ve been to LITT Fitness twice now and I’m already hooked! The instructors are absolutely amazing—super supportive and genuinely take the time to work with each person, no matter your fitness level. The energy in the room is unbeatable! The workouts are intense in the best way, and the music and overall vibe just make you want to push harder. I have never felt more challenged or stronger than in the three months I've been attending classes 5-6 days/week at Litt. I had done strength and cardio training for years with a trainer and group fitness. But Britt and Lu are definitely next level!

The workouts are super challenging, although they give you lots of options, and they are great about providing coaching and encouragement. Expect an invigorating energy level with both the workouts and music, great camaraderie among the members and the ability to make rapid progress against your fitness goals.
