Sunday night hot yoga is the place to be! Cassandra's class was meticulously thought out, tough enough for someone who has done yoga consistently but also easy to follow for a new comer! I left the class feeling accomplished and excited to return. The cooling lavender towels after a hot yoga session were a treat!

Hot yoga is great. Good variety of classes. Lots of styles from slow to faster classes. Often will cue more advanced options. Teachers have great energy and definitely a place with positive vibes.

You have to know something about yoga to attend this studio. Flows are great, but most instructors do not correct form or include instructions on correct forms consistently. While there are some instructors and classes that do this kind of instruction, it is not consistent. I think their thinking is that if you want that, you will take private instruction, which I cannot afford.

The monthly pass is a great deal if you plan to go regularly.

I do love this place. If you have a bit of knowledge about yoga, it is a great guided practice, and I never really have had the same flow twice.

Michelle's hot yoga class is the best stress reliever you could ask for!
She's an A+ instructor who's easy to follow, providing a great workout. The heat gets as high as 110*'s which helps to detox, along with loosing up the muscles as you work. I look forward to easch class!

I recently attended a restorative yoga class led by Maira Manis, and it was nothing short of transformational. From the moment I stepped into the space, I felt welcomed and at ease. The environment was serene, the flow was thoughtfully structured, and most importantly, the class was incredibly user-friendly—even for someone like me who doesn’t always feel confident in every pose.

Maira guided us with such grace and clarity. Her presence is both calming and inspiring, and her words carry a kind of quiet wisdom that really stays with you. She has a deeply enlightened way of teaching that makes you feel seen, supported, and gently guided inward.

By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed—like a layer of stress had been lifted. It was the perfect reset I didn’t know I needed, and it truly helped me feel grounded and mentally prepared for the upcoming week.

Whether you’re new to yoga or just looking for a moment of peace in your week, I can’t recommend this class—and Maira as an instructor—enough. Absolutely beautiful experience.

Sitting in my car after being sent away from a 5:30 pm hot yoga session for arriving at 5:32 pm. We approached a bolt locked door and knocked for 3-4 minutes before receiving an answer. 😔 A woman named Eva came to inform us with a cold and disregarding attitude of the studios policies. Apparently there is a policy that requires doors be locked at the start of class without so much as a 5 minute grace period.

The worst part about this experience was her lack of professionalism and the story of a policy that could not be found. As soon as we got back to the car I checked for the policy and couldn’t find it on the Mind Body app nor the website. I won’t be returning unfortunately because I was really interested in this studio, however, kindness is at the core of who I am and it’s how I would love to be treated.

Also, the space should consider a 5-minute grace. Some of us are mothers, daughters, wives, and humans who need these moments deeper than others know.

They offer a variety of classes from their challenging hot yoga class to a wonderfully deep yin class or even a get-you-relaxed-and-ready-for-bed sound healing class with Kalei. Read great reviews about this studio and bought the 10-pack pass. Had 3 hot classes with Michelle, and really enjoy my experience at this studio so far! Felt welcome from the moment I walked In. Michelle is solid with her flow and she will work you...and make you look forward to your water breaks and final resting pose. You'll feel so good after and be so glad you come to yoga here.
This place is so peaceful and grounding, definitely a good part of your busy days.
I only wish they have a shower, but at least their restrooms are big enough you can wipe down with wet towels before you leave (provided for free at the studio).

Deadass I quit yoga some years ago because I found it boring and under-stimulating but I LOVE this studio and all instructors and staff, who will welcome you warmly from your first day and then put you to work immediately. They have a great schedule and my favorite part is that each teacher has their own unique style with something different to offer. After attending a few classes I quickly learned who’s who and which to get to if I want to relax, or energize, or get my ass kicked. My only complaint is that I’ve become addicted to attending but luckily they’re also reasonably priced. My cheap self jumped pretty quickly to a monthly membership. STRONGLY recommend attending on Sunday mornings and doing a hot yoga flow followed immediately by warm yin. You can thank me later 😉

First time doing yoga and first time at the studio, unfortunately I got lost and was late to class, I was told the studio is very welcoming but it was not in my experience as I walked in I wasn’t sure which room my class was in and a teacher came out and she was very rude had a lot of attitude she kept telling me about the late policy which I was unaware of I’m not sure if she just didn’t like the way I looked… but she was not pleasant at all. Happily she did find the class I was supposed to be in a Janea my teacher was very welcoming and allowed me in the classroom, her class was amazing very relaxing everything I expected yoga to be I will be attending more of Janea classes hopefully in the future! But if you do go to this studio definitely plan on being very early or you may run into a teacher who will turn you right back out the door.

Although it was my very first yoga session, I felt very at ease. This was due to the instructor's (Janae) all-inclusive approach. The instructor's reassuring and calm demeanor, method of teaching, pace, and attentiveness to everyone in the class , took away any feelings of nervousness that I had, to include my concerns of being the new guy and holding up the class, lol. I most definitely will be returning back for more sessions, to include recommending this location to my friends and family.

The studio is beautiful and well kept. It’s like walking into a spa. Each room looks clean and well cared for. The staff were exceptionally nice at check-in and in getting us prepared for our first class. The ambiance in the studio was wonderful. Every space was well thought out. The instructor for Tai Chi was incredible! We really enjoyed Sifu's style of teaching and approachability. His class made you think while walking us through a unique series of tai chi movements. I was impressed that they held the class with only two people having shown up. I’ve booked classes at other studios that will cancel if a requisite number of people do not come out. It felt nice that our instruction was tailored for our first experience at the studio. It was a great experience overall. I look forward to trying out the hot yoga classes in the future. I love hot yoga and since moving from Greensboro in 2014, I haven’t found a home studio that makes me feel comfortable and accepted.

I am NOT into yoga. Hot, room temp, cold, tepid. Nope. However, I needed SOMETHING to help me with my neck, my back, and my knee while referrals, scheduling, and conservative treatments were processing. Enter Living Balance Studios via my Mind Body app. I opted to try a free class. Game changer! Hot yoga is as unique an experience as each of the individuals on the mats. Flow your own way from start to finish and WOW in one class I could feel a difference. I could move without grimacing in pain. Yes, others were doing a downward facing dog and I possibly did some broken squatty puppy (not an actual move...yet) BUT I showed up and sweated and stayed the entire time! I'm not physically healed, but I found a healthy way to feel okay for days at a time. Also, I'm having a BLAST! It's fun, it's personal, it's physically and mentally demanding, it's quiet comradery with your mat neighbor, and it's pure achievement EARNING THE CHILLED TOWEL during your savasana (mmmmhmmm you know the lay down, freestyle pose)! The only topic that can top the class environment, cleanliness of the studio, and how great it always smells is the ease of connection with CALLIE FARMER, the yoga teacher. She's a gem! It took one class of hers to get me to reconsider my views on the art. I really enjoy the way I feel from taking the classes weekly. Saturday mornings set me up physically, mentally, and emotionally for the days ahead. When I'm sweating, stretching, squeezing, reaching, breathing, and flowing...it all just pivots into the week where I've been able to use hot yoga perspective outside the studio. I give the studio and Callie 5 stars because it turns out I needed perspective. So...actually I AM into yoga BUT!!!!!! just hot yoga.

It was hands down, the best yoga class I'd ever been to. It was clearly meant for those who had some experience in yoga and lacked a lot of the "over instruction" that other classes tend to give. The instructor was fluid and non-judgmental of anyone who took a different pose and encouraged us to find what worked best for us. This was my first time (in 13 years of practice) being in a class that felt less like a class and more like a guided experience.

I am a therapist who is in the process of becoming fully certified in DBT. The creator of DBT is a zen master who created the mindfulness skill based off zen. Zen and yoga might be different based off definition, however, I am entirely not sure, but the calming of the heart, spirit, and taking the load off is why I am here. So, to truly understand what DBT is from the mindfulness standpoint I decided to get involve in yoga. So far, the classes I been doing; the yoga teachers are extremely incredibly in mindfulness. The yoga teachers and the people that goes are extremely nice and so willingly ready to say hey. It’s a peaceful experience every time I go.

This weekend I had the chance to go to living balance studios and it was absolutely amazing! My friend and I wanted to try hot yoga for the first time and Lindsey (the instructor) did NOT disappoint. This is the best yoga studio I’ve been to in Fayetteville! One of the first things I noticed is how clean and fresh smelling this location is. I have been to multiple yoga studios here that always seem kind of dirty and smelled like fragrance, not this one. I went to one of the hot yoga classes taught by Callie who is an amazing teacher. She did a great job keeping it slow in the heat but also focusing on breathing (which I feel so many yoga instructors forget). It can be difficult to find a yoga class that has a balance between a workout and traditional yoga, but this one does it for me. Will definitely be returning in the future for other classes. Also grateful for the $14 price range per class, much more affordable than many other studios.

For the last two months, I have been attending the Wednesday night yoga class, which is FREE for military and first responders. The teacher, Charla Suggs, does a fantastic job making yoga relevant for those of us who beat up our bodies for a living. She is a licensed therapist who specializes in 'trauma release' therapy and applies this to her philosophy of teaching yoga. Every week, her class focuses on something different. Often it focuses on back care and core work, and other weeks we focus on mobility and stretching. At least once a month we do 'trauma release,' which is a fascinating and intense experience- it involves holding a pose designed to induce a shaking sensation. Charla describes this as the body's releasing tension caused by past stress or trauma, but without the negative effects of having to talk about the experience or relive it. Both times I've been to a trauma release class have been amazing and I've gone home and slept like a baby!
