I started back working out in April with my goal of just staying consistent everyday and lifting heavier each workout. I signed up for the 7 day pass because I wanted to try a new environment and working out in a small group setting.
Everyone was very welcoming and supportive! I loved the structure and flow of the workouts and no matter how dramatic I got when they added a heavier weight or more reps, I greatly appreciated the push from every session I attended.
Being in this space reminded me of my athletic training in college, so it felt good getting back into that flow. I am definitely considering a membership here!

I started training with Rhonnie shortly after the birth of my first child. During our first meeting we discussed my goals, habits, exercise routine, etc. in detail. She developed a plan to help me achieve my goals tailored to my fitness level at the time. With consistency and her guidance in and outside of our training sessions, I was able to increase my endurance and strength, exceed my fitness goals, and lose weight. Initially, I was like these ppl have lost their mind if they think I'm lifting heavy weights and doing some type of cardio too.
