The 1st leg day, Kris did every exercise & explained the importance & how it would help my knees that my dr. had previously told me to tell him about. This impressed me so much. I have been intimidated by gyms and the gym experience for many, many years. At age 63 I decided it was time to get fit and build strength. I contacted Kris at MaxFit and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. I've been working with him for almost three months - three times a week and upped my cardio on the other days. Kris is very knowledgeable about strength training and nutrition. He encourages me to work harder to achieve my goal. He shows me that I can do it, even when I don't believe I can.
