Melvin Moore Fitness is a certified personal trainer specializing in contest prep, sculpting bodies & glutes, and also nutrition coaching. Melvin Moore Fitness also has a wide range of experience in injury rehabilitation, military & tactical law enforcement readiness and also sports performance. All training is done at the Moore Fitness Studio, which gives a full private experience.

I am enjoying the training sessions here.
You get your money's worth and more. I enjoy being held accountable for my workouts and eating habits. The work that I put in here with the personal training sessions has helped me continue to make healthier choices my top priority because that’s number one.
The workout is challenging, but just what I need to improve my confidence, fitness, flexibility, and strength.

Melvin is AMAZING! "After 1 month of working out and eating correctly, the weight started to fall off. Melvin has helped me develop a personal training plan and meal strategy.
