I've been conditioning and training with Mona's guidance for almost 2 years now. I've always been an exercise enthusiast but struggled to get the results I wanted. As a travel nurse who is constantly on the move and whose schedule is different every week, it’s really hard to maintain any kind of regular fitness regime. Since meeting and starting to train with Mona though, not only have I met weight loss goals that I wasn’t able to before, but have continued to maintain some sort of regular workout routine. Mona is amazing at working with my crazy schedule and being super flexible! She’s really good at pushing me harder while also listening to me about my limits! Mona always goes the extra mile with diet and nutrition tips, stretch recommendations and will even take the time to educate herself about things specific to your body and the types or workouts you should and shouldn’t do. She’s become a dear friend and I can’t recommend her enough!!
