Here at Mountain Fitness Personal Training, our goal is to help anyone become their best version of themselves, no matter their age or fitness background, and pride ourselves on being very efficient at what we do. We offer one on one personal training as well as group fitness classes. We have both male and female trainers available to help, all with years of experience.

My brother has been working out with Seth for several years, and I had the pleasure of joining them for a workout while I was home visiting my family. I am super active and strength train regularly, but I’m by no means at home in a gym setting. Seth did an awesome job meeting me where I was, understanding what my goals were, and crafting a workout for both my brother and me that was challenging but totally safe. He pushes you to improve in a very encouraging and positive way, and it’s been awesome to see the difference he’s been able to make for my brother. If I lived closer would love to work out with him regularly!

I have been working out with Paige at Mountain Fitness Personal Training and it’s been going great. She definitely knows what she’s doing and pushes me harder than I would myself, but not too hard. She knows my limitations. They also talked me into doing a 5K with them and even waited for me and cheered me on at the finish line as I was way slower than the group! I now feel like I have people in my corner as far as my personal training goals go.

I have been using the facilities and equipment of Mountain Fitness Training for over 2 ½ years. My original and current objective is to strengthen my upper and lower body to regain overall body strength and maintain it into the future. Each of my weekly sessions are guided by the owner/trainer who provides instruction to me through each session. He ensures that I have workout elements that help me progress toward my strength goals. Through healthy encouragement, I am confident I make progress each workout session.

The owner/trainer has an easy personality and makes each work session enjoyable. I totally recommend the facility and the owner/trainer.

I’ve been training with Seth Rogers for more than eight years, and I can honestly say he’s the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. What sets Seth apart is his consistent ability to adapt and personalize each session to meet my needs. I have a bone spur in one foot, and Seth always takes that into account—modifying exercises when necessary and introducing new movements to keep things challenging yet safe.

His deep knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to my long-term health and progress have kept me motivated and injury-free for years. I am almost 60 years old and feel strength training is so very important as we age. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly listens, adapts, and delivers results, I can’t recommend Seth highly enough.

Five stars for Mountain Fitness Personal Training. The owner, Seth, is a fantastic trainer. I've been going to him for five years now and in that time he's helped me work through injuries, gain back muscle after surgery, and has helped me completely reshape my body.
He's great at setting realistic and achievable goals, listens when you say something isn't working for you, and is just a great trainer. Cannot recommend enough.
Also, don't forget to bring a treat for the cutest four legged general manager around!

Without Seth Rogers and Mountain Fitness I don't know where I'd be. I could barely get up from the floor my 1st session over 4 years ago. I've been going to Mountain Fitness for about 4 years. Been a fitness person my whole life...in my 70's now. It's never easy .... but the trainers make clients feel comfortable & great workouts.
Seth is my trainer...he is extremely knowledgeable & knows what to do with you personally. All the trainers are awesome. The gym is amazing...everything you'd need for working every part of your body. I feel soooo much better working at this gym..getting personal attention & working hard. I love Mountain Fitness .... they also have a massage therapist.

Absolutely the best decision I made in my life! Sophomore year I needed help with virtually everything in the weight room, being explosive, more athletic, you name it. now after working with Paige and always having Seth and others there to push me, at 19 years old, I can deadlift over 400 pounds, Bench over 200 and Squat over 320. I have been working out with Seth for approximately six or seven months now, and the results have been astronomical. Before turning to Mountain Fitness Personal Training and Seth, I had never worked out a day in my life. I wasn't necessarily in the worst of shape; however, I knew that once I started to put the necessary footwork in, I would feel much better about myself and my overall physical health. I took into consideration the fact that I knew not the slightest bit about working out, and decided to look for a trainer! Finding Seth has honestly been a game changer. When I first started, I explained to him I was new to everything. He took things slow, and six months later, exercises that were once extremely difficult for me to complete, I am now performing with extreme confidence. Seth also inspired me to get a gym membership! I try to hit anywhere from two to three appointments a week, and Seth does a phenomenal job at working with my schedule. Whenever I can't make it to an appointment, I go to the gym, and I know what I am doing, how to do it, as well as the areas I am targeting. Turning to Seth has improved my overall physical health, my self-esteem, and has completely changed my preconceived notion that working out can't be fun! Working out no longer feels like a chore, and it's slowly turning into a lifestyle! I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my results.

I cannot rate this place highly enough! I have never been a fan of exercise of ANY description but now being of “a certain age” had decided it was time to start some strength training and to go to a personal trainer in order to learn how to do the necessary exercises properly (and to be accountable and maybe slim down a bit too).
I am astonished that I absolutely love my PT sessions and how much I get out of them. Each session incorporates different exercises so it never gets boring. Seth knows exactly how far to push me without being a drill sergeant and he takes a lot of time to ensure I get the maximum benefit from his expertise, including helping me stay on track (physically and nutritionally) outside of my time in his gym.
I don’t think there could be anyone better than Seth and his team to go to if you’re considering some personal training. He genuinely cares about you reaching your goals.

I was visiting my relatives from Ireland when my sister in law suggested I join her for a PT session with Seth. Although I run regularly I haven't been with a personal trainer in 10 years. From the start Seth made me feel very welcome and explained the exercises fully to me before each one. I tried some that I had never tried before ( the ropes 😧) and enjoyed all of them thoroughly. Two days after, I could feel that every muscle in my body had been worked hard, which is what I would want from a Trainer. I would thoroughly recommend that you give Seth a try.....I know he could help you transform your body into the shape you would want or build your fitness to the level you desire. I began training with Seth last year and didn't think I would make it through the first session. I could barely lift the lightest weight, tired quickly, and was easily overwhelmed. But, Seth is a great motivator and while he lets me complain quite frequently, he never lets me give up. He takes the time demonstrate exercises, explain what muscles are being targeted, and always ensures they are being performed correctly. He has shown me that it's not about the numbers on the scale but about how strong and healthy I am becoming. I never dreamed I would enjoy working out but I look forward to each session and pushing myself to work harder.
