I have been a member for over 2 years. It took me about 6 months to get serious about my workouts.i have had three back surgeries and a few others. It’s hard for me to do some things but I have adapted. I have lost 20lbs and have gained a lot of muscle. I go as many time a week as I can and train once a week with Dana. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and personable. Someone is always willing to help you out. It’s a small gym and I love the atmosphere. I go early morning and it’s like I have an extended little family. We all say hello and joke a bit which is nice! The owner Scott is awesome and so is Dana the manager! I suggest if you live in the Randleman area you give it a try! You will love it!

Love working out here it’s amazing! But I’m thinking of starting a petition for an area of the gym to be dedicated to martial arts, jump rope, punching bag, guards, and pads etc…. I would need to travel far for any gym with MMA equipment I’d love for my local gym to have if any some equipment to use. But I also understand the thought and whole process that would need to be gone through to even start on a dedicated martial arts area that being if there would even be any available room. But it’s an idea I’d love to bring to the owner and as well to the fellow gym members.

I understand it’s a massive WANT and that there might not be any room available to accomplish this goal but maybe if the owner and members like the sound of it so much then it might be possible!

Nautilus in Randleman has absolutely changed our lives! We love it here, all the staff are extremely friendly and supportive. We live a little less than 5 minutes away so getting to the gym is easier than ever. Me and my husband started coming to Nautilus in July 2023, and since I’ve lost 65+ lbs and he’s lost 120 lbs with exercise and eating healthier. Visited Randleman Nautilus. The equipment is really close, so I felt too crowded. The instructor walked me around to introduce me to the equipment and any questions I had. Very nice and answered my question of a trainer and schedule. I liked they had protein juices for purchase. I never signed up.

Changed my review from 5 to a 2 star. My reasons are that the staff does not enforce member cleaning. I counted 20 people in the gym and only 3 of us had the cleaning supplies using them after EACH use like instructed. I really do not want to spend my early spring days sick because nobody wants to sanitize the equipment and the staff doesn’t monitor what’s going on inside the gym. If there’s not enough bottles get more. If there’s not enough rags get more. My families safety does not have a price tag.
