My daughter has been doing gymnastics here since she was 2 1/2 in the Mommy & Me class (which I highly recommend.) Just last year she switched over from recreational classes. She tried out for the gymnastics team and made it. We are coming into her second year of competitions, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our gymnastics family. The staff at NBG, all of the coaches, Stephanie, Amy, Sue Lynn…everyone there is awesome and they care about your child and want to see them succeed & have fun while doing it. I drive from Morehead City, and will continue to because my daughter loves it and it is her second home. They also have a preschool open gym, they do a lot of fun holiday/festive stuff year round. Hands down the best gymnastics place in eastern NC.

Took my daughter to a birthday party there was a lady that was directing the party and her mannerisms towards me and my family were not very welcoming. I would not recommend using this facility if you are a person. That values inclusivity. One star only because the younger workers were okay.

10/10 would recommend for birthday parties. Not only did the staff CONSTANTLY keep the kids engaged, they were beyond sweet and kept the fun going. Everything ran so smooth and my twins had the best time, so did their friends. One staff member was determined to get my 2 year old to go to her, it didn't take long for his shy self to climb up her 🤩

The employees are beyond fantastic. They are always smiling and having fun together. It feels more like a family atmosphere than a business.

We have a competitive gymnast daughter and an advanced ninjafit son. We can’t imagine being involved in another gym. Our kids love all the coaches and the atmosphere. It’s so welcoming.
