Am 63; decided to strength weights. Membership is monthly $25 if I hire a trainer and $35 with no trainer. My trainer is David Pomeray, highly recommend. I hope to tighten my saggy skin.🤣

Very nice place to work out. The owner is a very nice lady. I like this gym because they have the old school setup. Great for power lifting and building muscle.
