Nate is a very knowledgeable fitness professional. The workouts are customized to each individual person, so no cookie-cutter plans here. I am a professional golfer and wanted to dedicate my winter to getting stronger and swinging the club faster. I went to Nate 5 days per week for 3 months and saw the best results. I increased my clubhead speed by 8 mph without doing any swing training, only fitness training with Nate. I feel better, look better, and now don’t want to stop working out! My husband and I have had several training sessions with Nate so far and he knows exactly what he's doing. He works with your level of strength and any limitations you may have- highly suggest checking Oak Performance out if you are in the Charlotte or surrounding area. WOW. In just 6 months, I have gone from having rarely lifted weights and hating the gym to a "body by Nate" (as I call it) that I am proud of. I have always done cardio and occasional strength, but now I have more than doubled lifting weight in multiple areas and like the gym!

I was a tough nut to crack "I don't like this...That's too heavy...Nope, don't want to do that" and he created a plan where I achieved my goals and more. He caters to your lifetime goals - Par golfer? Good bod? Healthy lifestyle? - and sets up a plan to get you there.
