I love the 3 workouts a week and the consistency that has led to good health and eating habits by participating at PhenixFitt! I would highly recommend it to those of us in our 50's who need to do this for our health and happiness. CRay makes it fun and you can participate remotely by Zoom. That is one of Phenix Fitt's greatest features...it truly doesn't matter where you are to get Fit!

Great atmosphere, instructor, and really helps build your core up. I suffered from lower back pain but with Charles's Phenix Fitt program I was able to build my core strength back up pain free. Excellent programs!!!

I have been going to Charles Ray and the team at Phenix Fitt for a little over 3 years now and have attended several different types of classes that are offered there. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to improve their health. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight or muscle, tone up, or you're already fit and want a regimen that will keep you looking your best, these people have it down to a science and make it fun at the same time.
