The instructors and classes at Pilates En Pointe have made such a difference in my life. I had spent years in physical therapy, but because of consistent classes with Kara and the other instructors I haven't had a need for therapy in 1+ years. The small class size allows the instructors to give hands on, individual. They also make a point to know the strengths and weaknesses of their clients and attend to those specifically during group classes. I'm incredibly grateful for Pilates En Pointe and always look forward to my time spent there!

Pilates en Pointe has completely changed my life. I started coming exactly a year ago and have been consistently seeing Kim or Lydia, both are absolutely incredible.
They don’t just lead the class; they watch closely, correct form in real time, and explain things in a way that just clicks. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and supported.

I have tried so many types of group fitness classes, and I have never felt as supported or seen as much progress as I have attending classes with the team at Pilates en Pointe. All the instructors are so kind and give great cues for form - it feels safe to try and really push myself because I know the instructors are looking out for me and will let me know if I'm losing my form, or small changes I can make to get even more out of each movement. My core has never felt so strong and stable, and my posture is amazing now! The studio is also a really unique experience of hard work and mindful connection with the body in every class. I’ve been with Kara and her wonderful team since I moved to the area in 2020. I had become passionate about Pilates while living in NYC and Boston, before the practice became trendy and widespread; therefore, I was incredibly focused on finding an *authentic* small studio here and was thrilled to find Pilates en Pointe.
Kara is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and creative when it comes to Pilates. She is incredibly perceptive and focused on form. I worked with her and her team through two pregnancies and postpartum periods, and I had never felt stronger/more capable.
And, she only hires the very best teachers to represent her studio. I’ve been attending for 5+ years now, seeing all of the instructors (shout out to Lydia!), and I’ve never had the same class twice. They all have different styles but are united by their passion and knowledge.
I’ve tried the chain studios, but they never feel as personable and knowledgeable. I will truly never go anywhere else and can’t recommend Pilates en Pointe enough.

I tried a couple of studios in the area until I finally found this gem! I love the instructors, they are always on top of each person making sure our form is proper, and to me that’s vital as not getting injured is always at the top of my list for any exercise. I had been taking pilates for 2 years before I got to this studio and I can say my form has improved in these 8 months more than ever before. I’ve been coming to Pilates en Pointe for almost a year now, and I can’t emphasize enough how much I love not only what it’s done for my body, but also the amazing instructors I’ve come to know and appreciate. Because of my work schedule, I usually take classes with the same instructors each week, but every single instructor brings something unique to the table. They each incorporate their own style while still teaching the fundamentals and core principles of Pilates.
There will always be Pilates studios—but there won’t be another one that cares about you the way this one does. You can truly tell that Kara (the owner) goes above and beyond for her clients. Every time I take her class, I feel like I’m learning Pilates all over again—she’s always teaching me something new!

I love Pilates En Pointe in Apex. They have many class times and levels to choose from. The studio is very clean and welcoming. No over crowded classes or loud music. The instructors are so helpful, fun, knowledgable and uplifting. They offer corrections when needed and alternatives to make moves easier/more challenging. Pilates En Pointe is the studio where I was introduced to Pilates. I have been going routinely 2-3x a week for ~2 years now. Every instructor here truly cares about their clients and helping them move and feel better. While traveling I have attended multiple other studios, and not one compares. The quality of the instructors, equipment and class flows are unmatched. Pilates en Pointe is very professional with the art of all things Pilates. Attention is made to every detail of body moves and body position. Due to the limited number of people in each class, the instructor's attention to detail with each client is excellent. I never felt like I was left on my own to make sure I was in the right position or that I was achieving the correct movement. All of the instructors are skilled, kind, and patient - wanting you to achieve the best Pilates workout for the 50 minutes you are in the class.
Instructors will take time to work with you separately or during a class to make sure you are achieving your goals with Pilates. The studio is always very clean, organized, and always set up ready for each class.
I cannot say enough good things about this studio. I have been to other studios in the past and am thankful I found this one to make sure I am getting the best that Pilates has to offer for body movement, strength, and overall flexibility.

This is an amazing Pilates studio. All instructors are helpful, and very positive. As a woman who is not thin, I have never felt body shamed. I’ve been coming here for the last nearly 2 years and my core strength has improved so much, as has my balance and overall fitness. The gentle corrections given during class to ensure the form is correct and you are not injuring yourself is something you just don’t get at the larger, corporate studios. I love the group classes, but have also found that private classes here and there help me learn to focus on specific body areas, and level up! Will be a client here for a long time!!

I can't say enough good things about Pilates en Pointe! I've been struggling with back pain for years due to scoliosis, and after trying various treatments, I was still searching for something that would truly help. That's when I found this place and they have truly transformed my life.
From the moment I walked in, Kara, the studio owner, took the time to understand my condition and tailored my private sessions to address my specific needs. She helped me with gentle, targeted exercises that not only strengthened my core but also improved my posture and alignment. Once I was ready to move to group classes, I was amazed at how incredibly knowledgeable and attentive the entire team of instructors are at the studio. They checked in with me at the beginning of every class and helped me make adjustments to ensure that my scoliosis wouldn't impact my form and cause any pain. Special shout out to Sarah Tyndall for always making class fun while educating me on the benefits of Pilates and knowing how to listen to my body!
Over time, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my back pain. I’m more flexible, my muscles feel stronger, and I have even experienced a slight correction in my spinal curve! The supportive environment and the individual attention given to each client really sets this studio apart. An added benefit to joining this studio is the amazing community of women who have become my friends and my rock, always encouraging me and supporting me through my health journey.

I have been taking private sessions here for over a year now and I cannot explain in words how much Kara and her team have done for me, my health, and my quality of life. I went from being a gym rat to almost housebound due to POTS, and started pilates without much expectation beyond the thought that being horizontal most of the time would at least make it doable. Pilates is now an essential part of how I manage my POTS symptoms and I notice a big difference if I don't go for an extended period of time. All of the instructors know how to accommodate my limitations, which sometimes I have good days and other times I have flares, so how hard I want to push myself changes frequently. There is no judgment or assumptions made, and I know I can communicate clearly what's working and what isn't. Can't recommend this place enough! 👍

Pilates en Pointe is a special place. I have practiced Pilates for nearly eight years and this is by far my favorite studio. I've lived in NYC and LA and practiced in both but really started to learn the correct way to protect my body with Kara and her team.
The studio is light and bright and Kara (as a professional dancer) has a body awareness that sets her apart from other teachers. Kara's team is excellent and I recommend them all highly.

Due to numerous procedures, and polio I have balance, stability and strength issues. I have looked for something that would help with these issues and falls would be problematic. My right foot drops and I am prone to tripping on uneven and even surfaces. Close to where I live is a great Pilates studio that is managed by Kara and her highly trained staff. I have been doing this once a week for about a year and the results have been great. Even my Parkinson’s and Orthopedic Doctors have seen improvement.
The Studio has designed a program geared towards me. Everything I do is geared to stability, balance and strength. Over time, I have gotten stronger and have a greater range of motion, stability and balance. I continue my strength and balance exercises between appointments. If you are looking for a great workout, then try Pilates. It will increase your range of motion, flexibility and strength. This sounds like a formula for success.

I am so happy I finally took the plunge and started my PIlates practice and couldn't be happier to have found PIlates en Pointe. The instructors are expertly trained and can provide detailed guidance on form and alignment as class size is 5 or fewer. In the past, my workouts were intense and strenuous and pain was a regular side effect. At PIlates en Pointe my workouts are dynamic and injury free. Instead of pain I feel relaxed and much stronger. In addition, the studio is beautifully set up and spotlessly clean. Thank you, Kara, for making this such an enjoyable part of my day.

Kara is absolutely the best Pilates instructor in the area I have found. I am so lucky to be able to find this place and be able to practice with her. I do the private sessions only because I found those more targeted and also works out with my schedule more. This was a SUPER experience. Studio is beautiful and equipment is great. We did a chair/reformer class that was accessible to all and provided a challenge as well. I am relatively new to Pilates, but have really enjoyed it so far, and I credit that to working with Kara at Pilates En Pointe. Kara is a great Pilates instructor who makes you feel comfortable, confident, and challenged. The studio is peaceful and the workouts have been amazing. I actually look forward to working out, which is something I never felt going to a standard gym or class. I look forward to continuing to take classes with Kara at her studio.
