I came to this gym for a few weeks. The staff was always nice so no complaints about that, but there was an incident that happened here. I was working out and then an older man approached me telling me I shouldn't work out and try to lose weight and just to get surgery instead, then I said what? (Just to confirm that I heard him right) Then he said for your problem and he pointed to my stomach. After that he proceeded with asking me if I was married. It made me very uncomfortable I told him I didn't want to and I don't plan to. Super rude. This man is currently going to this gym. I saw him last time I was there. I cancelled my membership. I'm just wanting other women to be careful if you see this man approaching you. I told one of the staff members there and they apologized for what happened.

This location is somewhat small, but they still have everything you'd expect. Not only that, they have more smith machines than some other larger PFs I've been to. The staff was kind and hard working. The equipment all seemed very new, or maybe just well-kept. There are no locker rooms here, instead they have private changing rooms and private restrooms (with showers), I loved this. Very clean facility with a large parking lot. Semi truck friendly.

Decided to cancel my membership today due to how the staff handles the bag policy. While I fully understand and respect having gym rules, the way they’re enforced here feels excessive and unwelcoming. This isn’t the first time it’s happened — on multiple occasions, staff have approached or followed me shortly after arriving to remind me about the bag policy, even when I’ve just walked in, grabbed my water bottle, or was getting ready to start my workout.

Today, I was followed to the back corner of the gym while stretching, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I appreciate that safety and cleanliness are priorities, but there should be some level of understanding and flexibility for members who are simply settling in.

It’s difficult to enjoy a workout or feel comfortable when you’re being monitored so closely. I hope management can find a better balance between enforcing rules and maintaining a positive, respectful environment for all members.

The only gym where the staff doesn't have privacy is this one, the bathroom is outside. It doesn't have a place to shower. You see, going to work sweaty was in bad taste.

This gym is brand new and impeccably clean, with the added benefit of private bathrooms for showering. Without a doubt, it's one of the best Planet Fitness locations I've experienced, having visited over 50 gyms across more than 10 states.

Just started going to this location and I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and all of the equipment is top tier. The cleanliness is one of the things I love as well, all the cleaning supplies are always stocked and they remain to show their utmost professionalism to all of the members. One thing I love is the black card lounge! Including cryo, red light therapy, tanning beds and hydro massage? What more can you ask for! I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

I was a member in planet fitness in Charlotte for over 10 years, and the people there was ,,,they are the best,,, never a single issue,,,I changed my member ship to a new location in mocksville nc and was a big mistake, people there attending are a disaster,,,unprofessional,,,nasty and very unfriendly,,,,after few months of been a member I am canceling my member ship, I don't feel good, the general manager make me feel like trash since the very beginning, she better work some place else,,,in a bar like a bouncer,or some similar but no there ,people deserve a better treatment, Sad but I don't recommend a planet fitness in mocksville NC,

Called to join Mocksville location. I asked for same terms of agreement which includes a corporate discount, which i get at Clemmons location. Over the phone, the representative spoke with manager and they made a verbal agreement. I repeated my understanding to confirm. I arrived 15 minutes later, the corporate discount had disappeared. Since I have had other employees joining at the Clemmons location due to the discount, I will steer others clear of this location due to their "bait and switch" sales pitch.

I like the small atmosphere. I love that this gym has classes with a trainer but what I don’t like is the trainer schedule. It’s wacky. A lot of people work and most of the time he doesn’t come in till noon and he’s never there on weekends which puts a damper on people who would like to schedule a class that works throughout the week and can’t get there to accommodate his wacky schedule. I looked at Others and they at least have a few times on the weekends. Also more AB machines would be nice. You have 1 on the floor in the main area. Remove a few treadmills and get a few more ab machines would be great.

Just went in and ask to log in with my phone number because I am not into all the app stuff, don't really care about it and its my choice. The smartass at the desk told she would let me log in this morning and that was it. Going back to Winston Salem where the people are more friendly. ONLY IN MOCKSVILLE

This would be a 5 star if it wasn't for the hours of operation on weekends as well as holidays and the vending machines had prices displayed. Also more drinks had better discounts for black card members. At least let the gym have the same operation hours as during the week on the weekends, it throws off my work out routine. Other than that it's the best gym in mocksville, it's clean, the sanitation stations are well stocked and there's plenty of equipment to use.

Great gym, great location I love everything about this place but the fact that it lacks of some heavy weights you max out at 75 pounds
It would be nice if they add some heavier dumbells and also a "bench press" not a smith machine! I hope you guys take this as a constructive feedback
