Spent an amazing hour with Noelle of Playfull heart studio in Banner Elk NC. Learning how to stretch and strengthen my knee after 8 long months of recovery from Acl and medial meniscus tear! She is amazing with explaining how to do this in a safe way and to help heal the injury ive endured
Her techniques and knowledge are both amazing!!! Im only visiting and its time and money well spent !!! 5 stars pluss!!!

The Playful Heart studio (previously Banner Elk Body Shop) is an incredible space for holistic wellbeing through curiosity and, well, playfulness :) I have enjoyed both Noelle and Jarrett in Cardio classes, particularly the "Wicked Wednesdays." I am not a person who likes to exercise, yet the Playful Heart Studio helps me enjoy physical activity, though physical growth is only part of the holistic growth one will discover here. As a new mom-to-be with rapidly changing physical and emotional needs, I feel both comfortable and confident trusting the Playful Heart Studio to support me!

Banner Elk is so fortunate to have gained Banner Elk Body Shop! I love that this is not only yoga, but a whole Movement Studio. Noelle teaches her yoga classes with such compassion, dedication, and knowledge. She is a passionate teacher with years of experience that brings a playful spirit to each practice. She welcomes all to her classes and meets each student at their individual level. I also love Jarrett's Jump Start Aerobics class! He has great choreography to fun music and brings such a positive energy and personality to the class. A great start to your day! I can't wait to explore the other classes offered.
