PLS The Rock is a 24/7 Fitness Center located downtown Reidsville, just below the monument and behind the library. We have free weights, plated machines, cardio equipment, squat and deadlift stations, and much more. We're also an extension of PLS Farm Ministry. Check out the website to learn more!
